The kitchen area was very dirty. The dishwasher and sink smelled awful. The towels were dirty too.

Came here for my husbands yearly bowling tournament. The service was excellent, Chris was so helpful! I loved having a kitchenette and full size fridge. They have coffee 24 7 in the lobby as well. The pool was great and clean. They have a jacuzzi as well. It's about a 10 min walk to MGM, not bad at all. I would definitely stay here again!

A very nice property in a pretty good location within walking distance to the Strip. I have only two things that need to be done to turn this venue from average to excellent: 1. In our room, which was spacious, clean and seemed recently refurbished, there was just one chair for a room that sleeps four. Very strange and quite disappointing 2. There was no table and no dining chairs for a room with a well-appointed kitchen and enough space. Again, strange and quite disappointing. 3. This hotel also suffers the dreaded Wi-Fi curse where the Wi-Fi just disappeared for hour on end from time to time. Apart from this, everything was fine. We would stay again as the value is still there.

Staff was very helpful, really friendly and kind. Room had a true kitchenette with stove, fridge, microwave, and dishes. My only complaint would be the small food shop had no fresh fruit or any food other than milk that could be considered healthy. There are frozen meals, but they are processed and full of salt. Some noise from the airport, to be expected.

Best stay I’ve ever had in Vegas. Roomy and clean. We had 2 rooms for a family of 6. Not outdated. Friendly staff. Free coffee and hot cocoa 24/7. Came in handy. Dog friendly. They have an area for dogs with poop bags. Would highly recommend and I will be back.

Standard medium level hotel close to the Strip. Clean and had all the essentials. Very close to airport runways so can be loud. If you just need a basic room, this place will do. No charm but does the job.

Perfect for what we needed, especially when our reservation at a different property had cancelled us the morning we were traveling. Candlewood suites had a studio suite available the same day that accommodated our group perfectly for the weekend.

Check in clerk Rigo was very nice and helpful with checking into our stay . Fast and easy service no wait . Property and room was very clean kitchen was awesome to have in our bedroom stay , no homeless near by and no parking fee. We had a great experience here . 7 minute walk to the MGM very close to Las Vegas Blvd strip. Definitely a must to stay here next Time.

The property was clean, smelled really nice all throughout. Everything was pristine & clean. Room was a nice size. Amenities worked really well. It was convienent to stores, a few places to eat and easily accessible to get to the monorail literally across the street through the MGM casino. If they could change anything I would like to see them have breakfast items for their customers that stay in the fridge (all inclusive) with the rate of their stay . That would add a nice bonus to the stay. I would highly recommend the Candlewood Suites to anyone visiting Vegas as a go to place to stay.

So here’s the deal. Not a bad place for by the airport. Biggest complaint, when asking for sheets for the pullout that were not supplied we were told there was no room service and to come down and get them. My son did so and returned with a fitted sheet that doesn’t fit and flat sheet but nothing else. They said they didn’t have any pillows or blankets; really. I’ve never been in a hotel where they couldn’t make a bed. He slept in his sweatshirt and towels on top. NOT COOL:-(.

Candlewood Suites is my go to hotel. Take full advantage of kitchen and laundry facilities. Staff incredible! This is a brand new hotel. Have already booked my next conference in October. Can’t say enough good things about this property!

The room was very much to my liking. It was clean, quiet, and the kitchen was wonderful although I really only took advantage of the refrigerator and freezer during my stay. All appliances were spotless and new-looking. The kitchen sink is equipped with a garbage disposal, and the freezer has an ice-maker inside. The room also has a safe in one of the nightstands. Eating utensils, glasses, plates, mugs, cookware, paper towels, cutting board, dishwashing detergent and a dishwasher detergent pod are all provided. The only thing I found wrong was the bathroom fan did not work but I never reported it as the bathroom never steamed up from the shower so I didn’t feel the need to address it. I did not use the pool area outside but it did look like it would be very inviting had the weather been a bit warmer. The southern-most Las Vegas Monorail station is about a 10 minute walk away. You must enter the MGM Hotel lobby to access the monorail station. T-Mobile Arena is nearby and I walked there in about 20 minutes to see a Vegas Golden Knights game. There is a Denny’s restaurant and a liquor only a couple of minutes’ walk away. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was clean, quiet, safe, family friendly. It's only about 2 years old but looks brand-new, that's why I actually asked. It's a short walk to the strip, about half a mile. The staff was very friendly and accommodated every request we had. It's a great hotel if you don't want to stay in the middle of the chaos of the strip but still want to be close enough to get into the mix if/when you want to.

Overall an okay experience. We booked a week in advance, and were called a few hours before checking in to let us know that our room type was overbooked. We were downgraded from a 1 bedroom suite to a standard room and not comped for it. Also, our non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes.

This was really a great hidden gem just off the Strip. It was a really great value with free on-site parking, with just a 10 minute walk from the Strip. Room was clean and staff was very friendly every time we came and went.
