El hotel era muy lindo, la ubicacion super cerca de la playa y las instalaciones del lugar estaban buenisimas
Lo unico malo es que las paredes son muy finas y se escuchaba todo lo que hablaban en las habitaciones contiguas. Y generalmente nuestros vecinos se ponian a hablar o cantar en medio de la noche, sin respetar los horarios de descanso. Pero entendemos que esto excede al hotel

Amazing breakfest and very confortable room. Near to the beach, beach service, jacuzzi with stunning view and bonfire during the night to warm up (the city is very windy and cold some times of the year). All in all, great experience.
Restaurant closes at night (7). The city doesn't have that much options during the night out of high season and even then, restaurants are always crowded. A great option would be to stay at the hotel and enjoy on demand services like cheese/bread board + wine. I would have enjoyed more if I had this option ... to stay at the hotel and relax with my family with good food and wine. Finally, would be great to have hammocks to relax and enjoy the vibe of the place.

it’s location and the swimming pool
you can hear the other rooms’ toilets flushing, neighbors chatting, noisy minibar and the food of the restaurant is somehow what you would expect from an airplane economy ticket.

The pool is beautiful, they also have some bicycles to use. Restaurant staff was great, they delivered breakfast to our room because we had to left earlier. Spa and bar was closed. I don't why they call it resort...
- Air conditioning was not working, we didn't complain because we were always in a hurry and the weather was good.
- Bad cleaning: we leave the apartment for a party and we came back we found the room as we came back. No cleansing. We speak with the staff and we were told that they didn't do the cleaning because we were not there 🤔. Well I've never went to a hotel that "didn't do the cleaning because guests were not in the room".

This is a unique and exceptional hotel. The staff are what make it so, always willing to go the extra mile. Nothing was too much trouble. At times I don’t know what we would have done without them. Cancelled flights? Found us a coach and boat. No taxi? We will take you and pick you up. Need shopping? We will give you a lift. Exceptional!
We went for a holiday, but our own transport would have helped.

Uncomfortable seats in the dining area. The TV set up in rooms didn’t have Netflix. Not great for foreign travellers
