We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. It was so perfect for a small family gathering to surprise my brother for his birthday. Having no steps to enter was perfect for a wheelchair! Great location

Was there for 2 weeks with my family (4 kids) - was a wonderful stay in Minneapolis. Love the house, the neighborhood and that it is not far away from the city center

We had a wonderful stay! The property was beautiful and close to downtown Wayzata! Appliances and kitchen had wonderful upgrades. Beds were great. Super enjoyed our stay!!

This property was exactly as advertised. A long walk or a very short car ride to the lake, restaurants, and shops. Grocery store and Walgreens also within walking distance. Highly recommend this place. Plenty of room for everyone.

I would have expected the outdoor furniture to be cleaner- we had to wipe off the table and dust a lot of cobwebs off of all the furniture. Also, the listing mentioned there was a grill- there was not a grill other than the fire pit, so we were a bit dissapointed in that. Also- the host was extremely friendly, however I did find the check in process strange and a bit outdated- usually most locations just have lock boxes and you do not see the owner. Not that it was a bad experience, just un expected. I would recommend to use a lock box and not a key system, since we had to coordinate who had the keys when we left. Other than these minor things, we really enjoyed the aesthetics of the home, and the location. The owner is super friendly as well which was nice.

Was an absolutely stunning property! Very clean and put together with plenty of amenities. This property was used for an engagement party for the weekend and had plenty of space to accommodate our guest size of 18. Host is a married couple and they accommodated all of our needs and some. The only thing we could of wished for is updated pictures of the backyard. There is a firepit, grill and more seating in the backyard. Having that information could allow us to plan our party a bit differently.

Newer house in Wayzata. Lots of good things about house and location. Furniture in living room not comfortable. Towels really old. Bring your own coffee, none provided. Very few amenities. Sparse kitchen. Only one key. With 4 adults coming and going hard to coordinate locking and unlocking. Garage door code would have been helpful. House is close to being really good, but Needs a few tweaks to make it perfect.

Beautiful home in a great location! The property manager was helpful and allowed us to host Christmas. We appreciated the willingness to embrace the Holiday season. I would encourage a home of this stature to be appointed wtih the necessary kitchen essentails, i.e. hot pads, spices, wine glasses, etc. I would secure this property in the future!

We rented this place out for a 30th bday celebration and this property did not disappoint. Beautiful home and perfect location. The owners were easy to reach and with quick responses! Would definitely book there again and recommend to others.
