Exceptional

This hotel was sparkling clean. The staff were courteous and friendly. The rooms were spacious and the breakfast was decent.

I don't enjoy a spring mattress and am surprised they continue to be used by others. The bed was not comfortable for this reason.

Great location, amazing staff and wonderful rooms.

The rooms were very, very spacious! Very nice!

The only thing I didn’t like was how cold the pool was. It wasn’t even room temperature, it was just plain cold.

The employee at the check in desk was very professional handling other guests that were rude and unreasonable. He apologized profusely to me. The situation was not in any way his fault. He handled it so well. I’m sorry I don’t have his name.

Good

The breakfast is great and having the laundry was really helpful. The women's bathroom was fully stocked beyond expectations which was helpful too.

The floors near the elevator were noticeably unattended to.

Great place to stay - my second time in 2 weeks at this location

The staff is very friendly - the facilty is clean- especially the pool! Breakfast is a good value - rooms are clean and spacious. Location is in a nice quiet area.

We asked for a complimentary cleaning and towel refresher after two days and were told twice, yes you are on the list but nothing was cleaned. We had to go exchange towels and get soap, all dispensers were empty when we arrived on Christmas. house cleaning staff knocked on our door a couple times each day starting at 8:30am over holiday and called about when we were leaving twice even though we were in all required timeframes and they never cleaned when we were outside the room from 11am until nighttime. very unusual.

I very much enjoyed our stay here!

The room was clean and roomy for my family of 6! it was quiet and in the location was right off the highway and close to shopping places. The staff was beyond kind and helpful!

Overall nice hotel.

Pretty room and the bed was comfortable. Patio area and fire tables were really nice.

Bedding for the pull out sofa was dirty, looked like blood stains on the pillow case. Staff did find us different pillows which was really appreciated. The sink did not drain well in the bathroom. The bathroom floor wasn’t the cleanest. The continental breakfast was all carbs, no hot items like eggs or meat.

Good if you don’t mind dogs in the lobby

Chose this location because it was closest to my grandson for whom I was baby sitting. Coffee & real oatmeal

Sorry don’t approve of dogs roaming the hotel…after a bad experience in a Florida hotel

Stay was very comfortable, cleanliness superb.

The room amenities were great- almost full kitchen ! Double shade system on windows created near blackout allowing for great "sleep-in" Very quiet also !

Had to drive a ways to find anything open after 10 for food.

great other then not being able to use the tokens

the rooms were updated, clean and comfortable. The breakfast choices were good.

When I arrived at the hotel for check in I was given two wooden tokens for a drink and a snack . I went out for dinner and when I returned to the hotel I tried to use said tokens at the front desk. The young man that was working the front desk wouldn’t let me use the tokens because apparently he had never seen these tokens before and didn’t know how they worked.

We want to keep this facility in mind when we go back to the Minnetonka Minnetonka area. We will definitely stay here ag

colorful clean modern. The hide-a-bed couch was comfortable and I love the fact they had a good sized refrigerator with a freezer for our multiple ice packs.

cannot really think of anything we did not like about it.

We enjoyed our stay, but my back pain (from the bed) made me glad to get home.

The size of the room and amenities were great.

Bathroom was not so clean and beds were downright UNCOMFORTABLE.
