The pet fee is not included in the 'initial quote'. Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is downhill. Threee days of rain an everything was damp. Getting to the laundry was not all that easy (2 gates, water dripping off 2 roofs, long wait times for wash and drying). No air circulationSo the management decision to not bring me fresh towels after a week really was the pits.

We had an amazing stay here. Awesome location, so close to downtown and dog friendly! The EV charger was a plus. Would highly recommend staying here. Communication, check in and the amenities were great. It is a cottage, so it really is great for a couple!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We found this rental House, not up to our usual standards. Although the unit was very clean and offered what we needed as far as kitchen and bath items, the living space was too small and not inviting. It felt more like a hotel room with a sitting area than a cottage. In the small living room, the door leading to the outside was not properly sealed and let in A lot of cold air. Even though a TV is not the most important thing when we are on a vacation, we did want to watch at times because of the baseball playoffs and it really did not allow the option to easily access certain stations. Even after calling the property management company we did not find a solution. The AC and heating unit was a bit confusing to operate and instructions on how to do so would be beneficial. We felt that the price paid for the rental was not a great value. Paso Robles vacation rental, however, is always very Responsive if you call and have questions and concerns. We have rented from them for many years and have had very positive experiences. This was just not one of our favorite rental homes.

Parking off the street directly in front of the unit which is great plus it has a full kitchen w/table and small room off the front with couch and TV & lots more!

We loved the little cottage. Perfect for our weekend in Paso. If we had more time would have loved to use the BBQ and sit on the front porch! Quiet neighborhood in a great location. Close enough for all Paso downtown restaurants to walk. We will be back

Great layout and better than any hotel - we cooked breakfast every day and enjoyed the patio with some local wine.

The cottage was a nice quiet neighborhood, clean, well supplied with everything I needed during my stay. The check-in and check out process was easy, however the instructions in the check out asks to dispose the trash in the trash cans alongside the house. There were no trash cans To put the trash into when I was leaving. So I just brought them home and dumped them at my house. Also, I did not see any laundry facilities to put the used laundry in. Might be a good idea to supply those items or take them off of your instruction list. I’d also like to suggest to take out or trim the yucca in the flower bed to the left of the walkway when entering the house. They are very sharp and dangerous and have over grown the planter. The sharp spines on this plant have grown outside the flower bed, making it impossible to avoid them. Both me and pet got poked several times. I would definitely come back and stay here again. 🌺

Had a great time in this little cottage with my dog. Super easy check in and out process, and everything during my stay was seamless. Would recommend this place for anyone! Quick walk to downtown where Bruce (my dog) and I would walk to get coffee in the morning. Love this little cottage and would come back, thank you for a perfect first visit!

Loved the location, the EV charger on property was great! Didn’t like the skylight above the bed, too bright in the morning. The bed could’ve been better. The door to the outside in the small room couldn’t lock, which didn’t make you feel totally safe. The front yard could have used a fence of some kind, being the pet friendly property it is.

This cottage is all you need if you’re looking for a quick get away. There’s plenty of space, a kitchen, and a living room area with French doors that lead to a cute little patio. Not to mention only a couple of minutes away from the downtown city park. The host was also nice enough to let us check in early which made it easier for us to settle in and grab lunch with our family before they left town. Thank you! I will definitely book another stay here soon!

The unit could benefit from a new bed. The door in the little room/study cannot lock, it’s closed by the chain only. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Loved this little cottage. Perfect for 2 (with a small dog), walkable to the park and to town, all the restaurants, shops, etc. Driving to wineries was easy and central. The cottage was quiet, private and very clean. Amenities were great, everything we needed was there (and more). I would definitely book this again... really, really enjoyed our time here!

Cute little place ideal for a couple. Short walk to downtown which is nice not to drive. Make sure you bring all your TV passwords as otherwise TV is mostly useless (e.g., we like to watch local news, etc and was unable to).

This is a great little cottage so close to town, truly an amazing location. Plenty of coffee and creamer, and the towels were very fluffy and soft which was a nice little surprise. It was a perfect spot for myself, my fiance and our small dog for a weekend in town but if you're planning to cook at home and stay in during your trip, note that this place is small so may not be suited for that type of trip. Because the property is managed by Paso Robles Vacation Rentals, you will need to sign a separate contract with them. They send a lot of emails and note everywhere that if you don't follow proper check out they will charge you, that's really the only "downfall" but the place is exactly as advertised!

Reviewer Comments: The cottage is very cute and room enough for a couple as well as a couple with a 1 to 2 children. It is located in a very nice neighborhood and within walking distance of Downtown Paso Robles. We were a little disappointed that they assumed my daughter nd I were a couple staying at the cottage as we did not have bedding for the pull out sofa. When we went to use a wash cloth and got it wet, it smelt very sour like it had sat in a wet washer too long. On our second night there we returned from a long and dusty day to find we had no hot water. Services was provided promptly the next morning but we were already checking out. Like many other Air B&Bs these days, I feel that the cleaning fee of over $100 was too high considering we had to take out our trash to the main house containers around the corner and start a load of the one towel we used, especially since when I went to the wash room, there were already someone else's wet towels in the washer. It was very cute place to stay but would probably not return on my next visit.
