Smallish room but overall a nice stay and nice, helpful staff.

Staff was nice and helpful. Woman who was breakfast host was very nice. She worked during the week. Bed was comfortable.

Breakfast was mediocre. When I received my receipt, it had my name right but address was in Netherlands or somewhere in Scandinavia. I received another “Rate Tru” email that was in Dutch or some language similar. Odd. We had 3 towel pegs in bathroom that were unfinished. Maintenance man fixed second day. Shower head should be upgraded.

Quiet getaway

Very nice, clean, and nice touch with the offer of breakfast!

If rest is what you are after, this is the perfect spot, but sightseeing, fine dining, malls, etc, more than a 30 minutes commute.

Kann man nix falsch machen

Sauber und alles an Board was man braucht. Fitnessstudio sehr gut. Frühstück gut. Zig Restaurants in fußläufig zu erreichen.

Zimmer eher klein. Diverse blinklichter im Raum.feuermelder, Fernseher, etc. Lüftergeräusch trotz Klima aus, wie im Flugzeug. Hätte gerne Ruhe!

Very nice facility and would stay there again

New facility, very clean, very friendly and professional staff. Close to the freeway and numerous restaurants.

The breakfast offered could use a better selection. The parking was limited and a few pickup trucks were inconsiderate and took up 2 spaces.

Rip off!

when I was looking for a property to stay at, I put in the filter that I was looking for a pet friendly hotel. Are this hotels listing said that it was a pet friendly hotel? However, when I got there, they informed me that there was a pet deposit of $75, and that it was nonrefundable. Had I known that the deposit was not refundable and that it was truly a fee? I would’ve picked another property. I believe I got cheated and I believe I will think twice about using bookings.com and this property again.

Not a good option if you're expecting a bed that fits in a room with space for relaxing

The lobby area is nice, the provided games were a welcome addition to our stay. The number of outlets and usb jacks in the room was great! The walk in shower was nice. The board with tips outside the elevator was a helpful, fun touch.

The biggest frustration was that the info about the bed size is false. We booked our room because the website said it has queen beds. The beds in the room are not queen size. They are full-size and therefore were much smaller than we were expecting. The narrow width of the room made it difficult to unpack and move around. The TV had limited channel choices and was set so that we could not plug in our own computer or streaming device. Also at breakfast the juice was often unavailable or very watery and the bagels and white bread choices were missing when we got to breakfast each morning. Hearing the highway noise was a bit unexpected as well. We asked for the assistance of a manager due to the false information about the bed size and the manager was never available on site. We asked about their sign says that if they cannot make things right they'll cover the night but we're told to talk to the manager who was never available and has not reached out in spite of the desk staff saying that they would. That guarantee that has not proven true for us.

Great place to stay and really nice new facility. Comfy bed, nice room. Modern bright decor. USB plus all over the room! Electric vehicle charging stations, that was great! Would stay again for sure

The property is next door to a shady apartment building and a rough motel, that can’t really be fixed by hotel. But they could address the non electric vehicles that are parked in the spaces for charging, I guess that’s tough to monitor and I still found a spot each day. I wish coffee was available in room cause I went for coffee at 5am and it was cold. Came back at 5:30 - still cold.

Wow what a great place to stay! Super nice and very welcoming.

Brand new hotel and it was fantastic. Really nice entry inside hotel with colorful furniture and welcoming appeal. Great location to my destination. Huge spacious room well appointed. Loved the shower and the squeezy bottles for soap, shampoo. What a great idea! Loved the white board outside elevators where people could tell you places to go for food and entertainment and give ratings. Great little workout room. Breakfast area was efficient and well stocked. Overall a super pleasant stay.

Parking was a little bit of a challenge. Tight and congested at times. Had a little trouble trying to check in early. They originally had me slated for a special needs room, but I had not asked for that. I returned at a later time to check in and room was still not ready. That is when we figured out I was not requesting a specific room. Eventually got it all sorted out. Staff was friendly and nice about it.

The facility was nice and well lit. It looks contemporary and as in a very convenient location.

The Peloton bike was out of order, but I understand that could not be helped due to the pedal being missing.

Amazing, I will definitely do it again.

When we first walked in the facility was breath taking and very modern.

Only thing I didn't like is that there are no microwaves in the rooms making for a long uncomfortable trip to and from our room and food ended up cold still. Please install microwaves in rooms. This would help from transfering uncomfortable smells such as sea food, broccoli and eggs across long distances.

Very clean and comfortable hotel for short stay.

The breakfast was great, lots of fruits, the room is very clean, bed was super comfortable and staff was very helpful and friendly, I was able to sleep like baby.

I didn't notice anything so far that has to be improved or things that I didn't like.
