Be sure to plan an excursion to historic Apalachicola, just 25 minutes away by car, with its happening shopping, nightlife, culinary and arts scene. The first floor's living area with smart TV provides lots of comfortable seating for your crew, and the sleeper sofa offers extra sleeping options. The dining area features a table that seats 6, and the 3 kitchen counter bar stools provide extra seating at mealtimes, as well as a place to gather and visit with the chef in your crew. The open kitchen with granite counters is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare coastal feasts, and this beautiful condo unit is the perfect backdrop to create beach vacation memories that will last a lifetime! Stairs lead to the second floor's sleeping accommodations. The tastefully decorated king master bedroom with flat screen TV offers amazing views of the Gulf, private balcony, and the private full bathroom with granite vanity top has a spacious shower with glass doors. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I cannot overstate how great I think this place is. Located right on the shore with a wonderful view of the gulf. The place was immaculate and spacious. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I will definitely return.

This property overlooked the beach. With the sliding doors open you could hear the surf all the time. Very clean, plenty of room, plenty of linens provided.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our overall experience was pleasant. I wish there would have been a bathroom on the main floor. After walking up 13 stairs to the main floor you had to walk another 13 to get to the bathroom. The only upsetting thing for me was when I received my first confirmation of the rental the door code was not provide. I emailed back twice to get the door code before leaving on vacation and no access to a computer. I called to be told it was emailed to me but was texted with the information shortly. Upon checking in the code given didnt work to unlock the door. I called again to get a code. We eventually were able to get in. Fast foward a couple of hours I used the code given to get into the pool area and was unable to unlock the door. Luckly someone was in the pool and let us in and gave us their code. The next day the same problem because that code no longer worked. I called the office to be given a code in which it didn't work but luckily someone in the pool area gave us their code. This again happened on day three. It was a lot of stress just to get into the pool and a lot of miscommunications with codes given within the office that didn't work either.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The location is perfect! The only negative is that there is no bathroom on the main floor.

Great beach access and views. All the other people staying at the Villas were friendly and helpful with suggestions on where to eat and what to do. State Park on the island was very nice. Good biking.We will be back!
