Grande Ville agréable à découvrir.

Would recommend. Just needs a little work

Location great for the Old Town and we walked to Calle Colon for main shops and shopping Centre (20mins tops). We also walked to the Oceanografic Centre (45mins). The Turia gardens approx 15 min walk. Apartment on 4th floor (lift) for 6 people was spacious with large outdoor terrace. Spiral staircase which might not be suitable for everyone.

Outdoor area basic and furniture needs TLC and tiles very slippy when wet (aircon leaked water). Has been a canopy over the sliding door but only metalwork remaining. This would have been very very useful as it was extremely hot during our visit. Shelter over one of the seating areas but when sun starts to set no shade making outdoors too hot to use. To summarise More Shelter, Maintenance and a few plants etc would make the space amazing.

Perfect location for exploring central Valencia

great central location in Valencia. well equipped and spacious apartment. extremely friendly and helpful reception staff who provided some excellent restaurant recommendations. we were a little concerned that ear plugs were provided by the beds but no more noise than you’d expect being in a city and ear plugs weren’t required! would certainly stay again if visiting Valencia

Beautiful accommodations but noisy location at night.

It was VERY noisy at night because of the bars next door. Accommodations were lovely but we did not sleep well.

Perfect location in beautiful Valencia!

The location was out of this world! The staff were fantastic and super helpful. It was well equipped and immaculately clean. A lovely place!

The shower was tiny! Me and my travel companions are small people and we struggled with it. There was no real storage in the bedroom and the bedding and pillows were a little poor quality.

Cosy apartment

Cosy apartment with a little balcony that fit a tiny table and 2 chairs overlooking a quiet side street. Location makes it easy to get to the central market and most attractions in the historic quarter. Communication with the property was very good.

great location & does the job, thanks!

great location near the central market and other beautiful attractions/buildings. really loved the city. walk to the beach was about an hour and a half. staff were really friendly and helpful. read a few reviews about the noise from radio city next door - we hardly heard anything the first two nights. Saturday night was understandably more noisy but it was bearable!

couple of cockroaches made an appearance!

Great city location

Amazing penthouse apartment. Extremely clean and well equipped with everything required for a short stay

Shower in downstairs bathroom didn’t have hot water for very long, v short or cold showers as a result.. upstairs shower was perfect.

Nice but noisy

Spacious apartment, good shower, good bed

I didnt sleep well most nights because of the screaming and shouting on the street well after midnight till early in the morning. Even on the fourth floor it bothered me.

Very clean and spacious throughout . The area was quiet only street noise was from bar downstairs but nothing to be concerned about The local area adjacent to the apartment had a range of bars and restaurants so if you travelled in less pleasant weather than we had you would never have far to walk The apartment kitchen was well equipped and there was a communal washing machine and dryer if required

My only issue was I couldn't stay longer However I will be back later this year and hopefully can book this accomodation again

Enjoyable but short.

Parking was too small and the instructions were good but complicated as the roads had no exit streets. Hence it took us long to find the parking.

Great location , avoid lower floors, bring ear plugs and lots of sleeping pills

location and lovely old French wooden shutters

Extremely noisy from floor above and street noise and club music. it was quiet from 5am till 8am. Maybe the upper floors are nice but 1st floor rm 201 was dark dark dark. We stayed a week and septic smell from bathroom drains got really bad.

This is a great place to stay.

Location excellent, 15 minute walk from Metro, close to sights in old part of city, bars, restaurants. 10 minute walk to bus stop to visit sights further afield.

We were in room 302 and the bar/restaurant next door is noisy at night until early morning, the ear plugs provided were not sufficient to block the noise.
