We have our own police/fire department, grocery store, liquor store, and two churches. This property was remoldeled to cater to families or groups that might want a little separation. The upstairs has two nice size rooms with a queen bed in each and and a full bathroom. The kitchen is an Island with granite table counter tops. The living area is open concept and real cozy with a very comfortable leather sofa. The outside deck is great place to relax and catch the gulf breeze and barbecue on the gas grill. The Downstairs area has a separate entrance from the upstairs. There are 2 bedrooms with bunk beds in each room (one full-size and 1 twin). There is a TV in one of the bedrooms with DVD player. Downstairs also has a full bath and a kitchenette with coffee pot and microwave. Downstairs also has an extra bonus of additional area with patio furniture to visit and hang out.
