Two additional bedrooms, also with private bathrooms, are down the hall. The bedroom to left offers a full-sized bed and twin bed. To the right, you will find the 3rd king bedroom. On the third floor, the fifth bedroom contains 4 twin beds, a private bathroom, and a second living area. This is a great spot to let kids or teens have their own space. Outside, you can enjoy the view of the 18th fairway of Osprey Point Golf Course. The home is equipped with a washer, dryer and high speed wireless internet. The spa can be heated for an additional $75/per day. This pool has a gas heater, so it may be heated in cooler months for $75/per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available.
