Located in Seabrook Island, this charming condo for £298 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This waterfront Seabrook Island vacation rental is located in Bohicket Marina Village, a gated community less than a mile outside of the Seabrook Island security gate. The two-story villa offers two bedrooms, a spacious wraparound deck overlooking Bohicket Creek and the marina, and access to the seasonal community pool. Upon entering the villa, you will immediately notice the water view through the sliding glass doors in the living area. The main living area offers coastal chic décor, plenty of seating, a wall-mounted TV, and access to the waterfront deck. Guests can also relax in the secondary living area, which has a comfortable sofa and a TV. The spacious, open kitchen features stainless steel appliances, bar stool seating, and everything you will need to prepare your vacation meals. The adjacent breakfast area has a bar area with a wine cooler, dining table with seating for two, and access to the deck. The main dining area, located in the front of the villa, offers seating for six. Both bedrooms are located upstairs and feature stunning views of the water. The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed, TV, and attached bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two queen beds, a wall-mounted TV, sitting area, and attached bathroom with shower/tub combo. On the first floor, there is also half bathroom and a third full bathroom. Incredible sunsets over the water can be seen from the generous back deck. The deck has dining space for six and plenty of chairs for guests to relax and enjoy the view. The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet. Guests have access to Bohicket Marina Village’s seasonal community pool. With the purchase of a Seabrook Island amenity pass, guests may also access the Seabrook Island Lake House, which has an outdoor pool, indoor pool, and fitness center. Guests do not have access to any Seabrook Island Club amenities. Bohicket Marina Village is a gated community located less than a mile outside of the main gate of Seabrook Island. Guests have access to the Seabrook Island beaches, but do not have access to the Beach Club. Beachwalker Park, located on the west end of Kiawah Island, offers public access to Kiawah Island’s beautiful beach. Seabrook Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining. Rates may change prior to booking and do not include fees and taxes. Stays of 3 nights or less will be charged an additional fee for housekeeping. RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email. Short-Term Rental Permit: STR-2021-521 SBI Business License: 20211888 In accordance with the Town of Seabrook Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 2, the maximum allowed occupancy is 6, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 2.

This condo is beautiful!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come here again. Well cleaned, beautiful home! Views on the quiet marina are amazing!! We enjoyed the beaches nearby. The pool is nice, less then 5 minute walk, and my kids (ages 7, 10 and 11) really liked the deep part of the pool. We enjoyed being able to walk down the boardwalk to dinner and ice cream. Live music some nights outside Salty Dog cafe makes a relaxing evening on the boardwalk/marina watching the sunset and eating ice cream. Grocery store 4 minutes away in Freshfields Village. The furnishings in the condo are beautifully done and well kept. The porch is large and spacious. We ate many meals on the porch and enjoyed the beautiful views!

We loved staying at this property! It was clean, quiet and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. There was a small issue with a gate pass we needed to get to the beach but Nancy had it taken care of in no time. Highly recommend!

Wonderful property!! Very clean.. great location, the view was amazing.. we walked to the salty dog restaurant several times , very convenient.. an easy drive into downtown Charleston. Would definitely stay here again

We loved everything about this place. It was clean, well equipped and the perfect location. Loved looking out over the water and the sunsets are amazing. Within walking distance of the Freshfields shopping center and easy access to Seabrook. We have already rebooked for the summer.

We loved it all but the very low potties. We are women of a certain age and dignity and have stiff knees and hips. Low potties are not fun.

Perfect with a view! The property was clean, fully stocked, and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable and our group really enjoyed going to the beach on Seabrook and using the pool!

This rental was beautiful, super clean, and plenty big enough for our family. Everything was as pictured with lots of extras. We loved watching the water from the large balcony and our kids saw dolphins and otters! It was just far enough from downtown Charleston to make an easy commute a few days of our stay. The marina is beautiful, peaceful and quiet and had many amenities we enjoyed like live music, bars and restaurants. This rental was one we will return to!
