This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. The SeaSpray Cottage in Treasure Island, FL was terrific! it was a 1 minute walk to a beautiful beach via public access. It was quiet with easy access to a food market (1 mile to a local Publix) and an easy walk to several restaurants and shopping! The cottage had all the necessary amenities for a great stay - comfortable beds, a well appointed kitchen, and "different" spaces so that adults can hang out in one area while teenagers & young adults could hang out in different spaces... Overall, it was a great experience and my whole family loved it!

I liked the location, and the house was perfect for us girls . Each had a room and enough space . Loved the access to the beach and to be able to fish off the beach and near the bridge . Beautiful beach & water to swim in .

This little cottage was everything and more! Cozy and comfortable for a group of moms wanting to get away! The beach was walking distance which was great! Beautiful beach and not too crowded either. Definitely will be returning! Thank you so much!

The house is perfect for your beach vacation. It was clean, comfortable. Loved sitting on the porch and having coffee with my parents. The guest service was responsive with any issues or concerns. Check in and out process was a breeze. I would be definitely book the house again.

We were so blown away with this property! It was the cutest little beach house with so much room and beautifully decorated. We stayed in the unit closest to the beach, but all the units are really only steps from the beach. The boardwalk to the beach was kitty-corner from the property. The shed was full of beach chairs, toys, wagon, anything you'd need for the beach. This will definitely not be the last stay here! The only thing I would maybe ask or request for is directions on how to use the door lock. The code was properly provided, but it was a little finicky, and not everyone knows how to use the door locks with codes. So silly, and really not even a complaint at all. We LOVED it here and were so sad to leave!

My sister and I loved our stay in your cottage. The beach was easily accessible. We enjoyed the side, shaded porch for games and meals. John's Pass, the Boardwalk area, is within walking distance so we could head there for evenings out without driving. It was the perfect beach location!

The Sea spray cottage was situated at the end of three cottages. This one was the closest to the ocean. It had a nice open living room dining room area with three nice sized bedrooms. It also had a porch on the side of the home that faced some green space that we liked. The air conditioning was a bit loud and the shared bathroom had quite a few cracked tiles/grout on the floor that could be repaired. We really enjoyed our stay as well as the location and would definitely rent here again.

This was our second stay in Sea Spray and it was as good as the first!! The location is convenient to the beach, and shopping. Beds and bedding are SUPER comfortable and the house was comfortable and well equipped. One exception (mentioned in my first review) was silverware- barely enough for one meal, plenty of plates etc but few pieces of silverware. Very clean when we arrived and we would absolutely come back! Thanks!!

This home was just the right size for our girl's weekend to visit my college daughter! It was clean and cozy...and who can complain about the 1 minute walk to the beach??? It did get a little warm in the nights - having to keep the A/C set no lower than 73...but we'll still stay again!

A quaint little cottage less than a two minute walk to the beach. The convenience cannot be topped. A short drive to restaurants and grocery was great too. Great to have laundry on site as linens were limited to just enough for the five of us, so we ran towel laundry several times. There were parts of the home that really should be cleaned more often. The advertisement indicates beach chairs are available, and there were some, but they need to be updated. Overall a good stay with some small recommendations for improvement

My wife and I brought our daughter, son in law and grandson to Florida with a stop here then over to Disney. This beach house is perfect for our family of 5. Listing is accurate and the beach is a 2 minute walk away.. loved it! We loved this house. So cozy and charming! Perfect for a small group get away. It is so clean and perfect location next to a small beach access so getting to the beach is so simple! John’s pass is so close. Great shopping and restaurants. I also loved all the beach amenities provided at the house... noodles, bikes, wagon, chairs, umbrellas, etc! We never had a bad meal, but Middle Grounds was the absolute best restaurant we went to! Teeming VR is so great to work with! Kris was so helpful! Karen was so nice and did a super job cleaning! Good location - right next to the beach boardwalk. Limited amenities in VRBO, some hand soap in bathrooms would be nice, and a few extra bath towels, but I do understand they only provide starter amenities. Only complaint, the AC unit was so loud in the bedroom attached to shared bathroom, it was hard to sleep in that room. Otherwise, the stay was lovely, great location, very clean. The property managers were very quick to respond to any of our questions.
