Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). We absolutely loved everything about this condo. It was super clean and im very picky when it comes to cleanliness! The beds were comfy and it was great access across the street to the beach!

Although this listing says it can support 6 people, that is very misleading. Not only is there only one parking spot - there is no info on overnight paid parking ($60+ per day). To add insult to injury the ‘2nd bedroom’ isn’t even that, it’s more like a large closet (ironically it does not have a closet!). It only holds a full size bed and tiny dresser. Almost no walking room around the bed. There is a fold out couch (bigger than bed 2!) but it’s lumpy and there is a smoke or carbon monoxide detector that blinks all night long on the wall facing the bed. Do not book this space if you have any more than 4 people, no matter their size. The owner must be aware as there were only 4 shower towels and 4 beach towels. For our party of 5. Water faucet in master bathroom broke and was unusable during the stay. Glad we were checking out the next day.
Like being close to the beach, across the street. But with above noted issues, I would not ever stay here again.

Horrible nighmare of management! We couldn't find the pkace they were ZERO help. A homeless man helped us find it! All communications were rude and vauge.
It would be THE PERFECT place but management made it a stressful time.

The condo is brand new, very clean and well stocked. The only odd feature was the second bedroom did not have a closet, but it wasn’t an issue for us. The location cannot be beat, walking distance to everything you could need. We would definitely stay here again and have already shared the listing with friends.

Great location! Beautiful view of the Marina!
Missing screens on windows and patio door and we were on the 5th floor. The refrigerator light did not work and the handle for the bathroom tub was loose and would fall off. One of the beach chairs was broken and the others were not sturdy so you couldn’t sit up straight in the sand.
Could have been cleaner, not sure if it was cleaned or not.
The mattresses were super comfortable!
If a few of these things were addressed and fixed, I would book again!

The property & condo were exactly as described online. Condo was very clean & nicely decorated. Beds were both comfy.
We brought our boat so docking right in front of the condo was a big plus!
Only complaint is not having enough garbage bags (only 1 was supplied).

Pros: Great location, nice beach just across the street, great view of the harbor, close to John's Pass, great location for sunsets and sunrises, comfortable condo
Con: very confusing check-in (need better instructions), very touristy and congested area, Red tide, moldy shower curtain, minimal closet space, no cable tv, would be very tight for more than 2 people, no storage space for anything, if you are a cyclist Gulf Blvd is too busy and dangerous to ride during peak hours
(We had to give a rating for Communication to Property Manager but we never needed them)

Overall great property. In walking distance to everything at John’s Pass — plenty of bars, restaurants, shops, convenience store, etc. The beach is right across the street which was easy to get to. The outdoor heated pool and hot tub were a nice plus on a cold Florida day. Only negative was water pressure in the unit, can’t take showers at the same time and noise from other units.

The tub handle broke and my husband had to fix it. We never got a code to get in the main door. The manager in the other building had to give it to us. There were dirty handprints on the bathroom door. No way on contacting the unit manager. The location was great and views were beautiful.

We loved this home! It was beautiful, clean, in a perfect location and had amazing views off the deck. It was stocked with everything you could possibly need to have an amazing stay, soap, toiletries, great dishes and pans, all utensils, etc, etc. Beds were comfy with decent linens. I only rated a 4/5 because they didn’t provide us with the security door code to get on the elevator, no instructions or passes for the pool, and the cleaning fee was high given we were expected to take all trash out and clean the towels, as well as no option was given for early check in, even if vacant and/or willing to pay a fee. These concerns may be a reflection of Vacasa but I had no where else to put them since they don’t allow any form of feedback related to them.

Condo was clean, located in a good area for Beach days. Bed was comfortable, lots of towels. Only "OK" because: Limited hot water, check in directions were poor, 2nd shower didn't work.

PROs: super clean with a great marina view. Access into building and condo was easy. Directly across the street from the beach with an easy walk. Close to shopping and restaurants. CONS: no closet in second bedroom which is tiny. No luggage racks. Vacasa asks you to wash the beach towels but doesn't provide even a tiny box of detergent. No luggage trolleys to get things up to the unit. Pool closed!

The room was great, very clean , comfortable, well stocked, good location.
The parking , or lack there of , is a major problem- only having one spot for rooms that sleep 6 adults is unrealistic for anyone staying . The parking Rates in the “available “ lots are astronomically high and beyond expensive for overnight parking- $7.00 an hour after 11pm. Each unit should have options for visitor or extra spots that have a flat rate.
Elevator was also extremely slow and the area you wait in for the elevator has NO Air or fans- you sweat to death waiting- very uncomfortable. Unfortunately these issues alone will keep me from staying at this location in the future, which is a shame for as nice as the room is.

This was our first rental and it was amazing! The wonderful condo is beautifully decorated and the owners have gone above and beyond to make sure that you have everything need! The view is incredible and relaxing! The beach has powdery white sand and Caribbean colored seas! We loved being so close to all of the restaurants and shops at John`s Pass. We will be back! We had a fabulous time!

Family of five, ages of kids: 20, 22, 27. Has been a while since we could vacation together. The unit was very clean, close to ocean and John's Pass. Do not have to worry about parking. The view from the balcony is beautiful. We liked the unit, but was a little small for us. Would recommend for smaller kids. Enjoyed the area.

The property is as at it appears in the pictures. It was a beautiful place to stay and we will most definitely book again. The view over the harbor is gorgeous at both sunrise and sunset. There were dolphins swimming in the harbor. The facility itself is clean and secure. We did have some unruly tweens in our same hallway that would ring doorbells and ditch or bang on the walls as they would walk up and down the hallway. It is a very short walk (just across Gulf Blvd) to the beach and John's Pass is just a few minute walk as well. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed to prepare a meal. The beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler, were wonderful amenities to have available in the condo as those are items we typical have on our beach vacation but we flew this time. I did need to contact the owners for information (that they had already provided me but I over looked it) and they were exceptionally quick to respond! I would recommend this property without a doubt!

This place has a great location to walk to restaurants and shopping for St Johns Pass. Loved the patio that faces the marina view. Very safe building with locked entry door to elevator. Condo is on the 5th floor. Very nicely decorated.
Worth noting: The queen bedroom doesn’t have a closet. There is one in the king suite to share. It was great to have the beach items included. Beach is beautiful and across the street where there is a lighted crosswalk. Free parking is very nice. You do have to find the Lobby in the first building for the parking pass though.
It was a bit unclear to me that this condo was in the second building of the Madeira Resort. There is a restaurant (closed) in between the 2 condo buildings.
I found the checkin directions a bit confusing. Pool is very small, with few umbrellas . Would stay here again.
