Cute Place, Great Value

The suite was very cute in decor, and although we didn't cook, the kitchen seemed to be fairly well-stocked. The air conditioner and fans were very effective. It was remarkably quiet for being on Gulf Blvd, you could hear the difference when you opened the door. The bed was comfortable. There was a nice amount of supplies left for us, like towels and toilet paper (the good stuff even), and the snacks and water was appreciated too.

We had an issue with the shower draining, but someone came within hours of reporting it to fix it.

Clean and great location

Convenient location and access to the beach. Lots of restaurants close by. The suite was the perfect size for us and will return again next year. Staff is excellent to work with and very responsive to your needs.

There is nothing to not like about the spot. I don't want anyone to find this great location.

I really enjoyed the stay and if I come to the area again, I will seek to stay here again.

Very clean, perfect location, and well stocked with towels and supplies. I was very comfortable in the bed, the kitchen was well stocked and I loved being across the street from the beach. Good sized closet, every amenity that I would have in a fine hotel. I would stay here again for sure.

More plugs and/or USB charging ports would have been better, but it was just fine.

Everything was mint clean but the floor was not wiped. I walked barefoot for an hour and my bottom of my foot was black.

The location was great, the rooms were great and the value for the price was incredible! Cannot recommend enough!

Parking could be a bit tricky at times, but nothing too bad either. Other than that, everything was amazing!

Affordable modern & comfortable beach weekend getaway.

Location, modern, updated, and nicely appointed furnishings and decor. Clean, but could be better. Comfy bed, clean linens and comforters, comfortable pillows.

Outlets do not charge apple phone devices; moldy shower curtain, floors not wet-mopped (black/grey) with dirt. Some dirty drinking glasses.

The owners upkeep was good but would not stay there again because of location.

Place was clean and comfortable.

Location was not what I expected. I thought we were staying in st. Pete beach not Madeira because of the address. I also did not know we had to cross Gulf Blvd to get to beach.

Very good

Great location. Clean. Comfortable and the little welcome package with the water popcorn pretzels and cookies was a nice touch. Overall I'd definitely stay here again.

Had to wait over an hour for the laundry machines to be free due to someone leaving their clothes and disappearing. But it's a problem with the guests, not the owner.

Great stay!

This property exceeded my expectations. I am going to recommend to friends and family and book again when I visit Madeira Beach and Treasure Island. Here are a few of the reasons I will come again: easy to access on arrival, door code and parking instructions where sent in an email, water and snacks on the table on arrival, very clean, a notebook on coffee table gave instructions for the Internet, TV, use of the condo, check-out instructions, and area activities and attractions. The beach was easy to walk to across the street. Perfect beach vacation. Lots of clean white towels, beach towels and chairs available too. I was impressed!

Nothing - for the price this is the perfect vacation condo.

Great location, ample space, perfect unit for a couple to come back to after exploring mad beach.

The proximity to the beach was amazing. All of the amenities and things you could ever think of were in the kitchen. Updated, clean, and a good layout. Much better than being confined to a hotel room.

The blinds and/or curtains in the bedroom could be updated with blackout blinds/curtains. Shower fixtures could be updated to make the shower appear more clean and fresh. The coffee maker could be improved. The water resorvoir in our coffee maker was not so clean and compromised.

Everything!!! Clean, convenience location - Beach is literally across the street, and the gas station is next to the property with a grocery store. Win Dixie, CVS, dollar tree 3 min. drive and from John broadwalk like 5 min driving. My kids love this property, and the host Nicolas he is awesome. Always available, it is very important to be able to communicate with your host when you need something, not only by text but also available to talk. Thank you, Nicolas!!

We had an excellent stay and would 100% stay at this property again!

the property was exactly as described and nicely updated. perfect location to talk to the beach and to some local night life.

Our only complaint was that we couldn’t get the refrigerator to get/keep drinks cool. I’m sure that could have been fixed by contacting the host, but we felt it wasn’t that big of a deal to us, as we were only there a short stay.

Convenient location, sort of. But with all the extra fees, it was too expensive.

I liked that it had a bedroom, kitchenette and good sized bathroom.

Linens were very cheap and uncomfortable, the AC was very loud and kicked on/off alot. The units face Gulf Blvd and it’s very noisy.
