The room was new. Very clean and comfortable. The only downfall was a huge empty space that could use a sitting area or table with chairs and needs a guide to the TV. The lady who checked me in was efficient and extremely nice. I will definitely be staying here again.

Didn't actually stay there. Booked in a rush and didn't look at photos of room until i had already booked it. Photos showed mold and mildew around tub. Beds looked like they were about to crash. Looked nasty. Decided if i lost the money by not staying i was probably ahead in the long run. Will never book here again.

Very nice front desk, easy check in, no pet deposit, next doors extended stay was noisy and somewhat annoying but that had nothing to do with our stay in our room. It was a clean room. I could tell they are updating the rooms because there are minimum decorations and no furniture other than bed and attached night stands. Very nice stay over all.

The only perk of this property was Pat at the front desk. My husband and I stayed there for almost a week and the only reason we stayed that long was because we couldn’t afford anything else because of the situation we were in. We were told at check in that we were in a “renovated” room. Our TV was not even mounted on the wall, but sitting on the dresser on rags. The room was filthy, dirt caked on the floorboards, and even though the room had “just been cleaned” we had to wipe our feet off every time we got in the bed. The walls had dirt bad spots, the towels are stained, the comforter had holes in it. We did not want housekeeping because of our dogs but it was a fight to get clean sheets when we wanted them. VJ at the front desk was incredibly misogynistic, rude to me and when my husband and I would go in together, he would only speak to my husband even if the reservation was in my name. On top of that, the last day we were there, we wanted to stay another day and were told they were sold out but I watched another person book and pay for a room right before I was told that we could not extend our reservation. If I could give them zero stars I would.

They are remodeling the rooms and it was extremely loud. I understand but they should have put me in a section where they were not working. Other than that it’s a nice room but mattress, even new was very hard. Breakfast is coffee only.

Spent 2 days house cleaning never came by had 2 keep going up front for towels & toilet paper older lady was rude when we checked in we had chosen to book now pay later by the time we checked in had been charged already without permission WON'T BE RETURNING

Obviously this is a price point facility. But, I have to wonder, is it really okay that people who do not wish to spend a lot of money should also live in broken down facilities? We bought a Swiffer to clean the floor, but after 25 wet pads and no improvement - we gave up. Let's not talk about the water stains on ceiling and walls from leaks. Surface grime on doors, walls, and well everywhere. The front desk people were very nice and kind.

The room is disgusting and moldy. The bedsheet is dirty even we got new one from front desk. The service was average and the person said sorry they are renovating when we complained the room. However, they should not have given any customers this kind of room because it would not pass health inspections.

The room looked great! It was a renovated space. The closet didn’t appear finished. There weren’t any shelves or a rod to hang clothes. The bedding and linens for bathing were stained and dirty. The location was very convenient to my testing center for my state board exam. Also the location was close to any shopping, dining, or things to do that you could imagine. The hotel needs new linens all around and they would be a perfect place to stay.
