The heater sounded like an airplane taking off every time it started up and ran like that way until it clunked off Turned on the water and as it spit like it hadn’t been used for some time it ran brown before it cleared up.

Room was really nice it was more like a studio apartment feel only thing missing was a stove Lol The Room was clean and the front desk staff whom I’m assuming was family were great and really friendly 😁

The room was dirty and the building was out dated. The hallways smell like cigarette smoke. The bedding had stains on it, and the couch. There were random marks on the walls, and the lamps had finger prints all over them. I didn’t feel comfortable or clean at all.

When i checked in it smelled very strong like marijuana, asked for extra pillows and was given 2 then told they ran out of pillow cases. Went into the guest laundry area to checknlrices and saw a cockroach crawling on the floor.

Hassle Free, in and out. perfect stay for a quick rest overnight. And complimentary breakfast! Can't beat it.

1)Trash in parking lot. 2) Broken bathroom door. 3) Asked front desk for one extra pillow. Nope 4) They do supply breakfast - but no coffee. Both large coffee containers empty. Spent 20 minutes eating food, hoping staff would refill the coffee, but no staff visible in dining area, or the front desk. *They did have hot water and little packets of freeze-dried decaf, I'll pass. 5) "Check Out Procedure" Basket on the front desk with a note attach, instructing guest to check out by leaving their key in basket. If you're going to have a self check-out, supply a secure drop box to put key cards in. A pile of key cards laying open in a basket, sets up a passing bad actor bystander, that could easily grab a key and go to that room, trash it until 11am checkout, leave and the guest would be totally liable for the damages. Shady and lazy tactics.

The property is not bad, just feels .. unwelcoming. Everything is done to cover the minimums to be ok. So everything looks tired and blah. Can't say it's unclean, but the bed covers had what looked like stains or worn out spots. Some peeling paint in the shower. The heating unit that was not well calibrated and took some massaging to do what i wanted ... I would come here again for a short stay because it is a was reasonable value, but just so...

The property is not well taken care of and it is noticeably dirty. It was a nice hotel at one time but not now. The room smelled of smoke and the beds are horribly uncomfortable. I will NOT be staying there again.

We didn’t actually check in because they require an additional $100 deposit at check in. It’s odd and not required at other hotels in the area. Also the building has low lighting and didn’t look appealing in the lobby. I chose not to check in due to the dim lighting, rude clerk and the demand for the additional money to check in.

Everything seem good on my first night there, But staff made my family and I feel uncomfortable when the front desk receptionist was rude and arrogant. When we asked for extra bags to clean the garbage in the room. She seemed bothered do to us being Hispanic and my parents having a language barrier.

the property was not up to par, the room was not getting warm, wall paper was peeling, uncomfortable bed and small pillows! I want my money back or a complimentary stay somewhere else!!!! I left after 2 hours

Someone around us was smoking cigarettes and the concierge was very rude at the front desk when I let him know someone was smoking. He was being very dismissing and making it seem like I was lying or making a big deal and I don’t appreciate that.

Staff was friendly and nice. You get what you pay for. Fake nail on the bathroom counter. Mold in the shower and around the toilet. Bedding was clean and room was otherwise.

I reserved two double rooms but upon arrival they swore I only had one room reserved. Bed were very stiff and uncomfortable. Breakfast bar was probably the best part of the stay- and it was your standard breakfast items.

Horrible experience! Booked trip to pick up daughter from college and put credit card in reservation to hold room and was told by Hotel.com when booking it was just to hold room and would only be charged on that card if I was a no show. At 4am the morning of my afternoon arrival my card was charged for the room. It was then charged again at around 11am for the second time and another $2.35 charge for unknown reasons. When I arrived to check in and asked why I was double charged they said they accidentally cancelled as a no show and then realized there mistake and made a new reservation and charged me again and they don’t know about the $2.35 charge. They also advised me but was never told when making the reservation that I needed to make a $100 deposit for incidentals. I was told the one refund and the $100 deposit would take 5 days to get back. So far no money. Would never book with again and would never use or recommend this hotel again. I’m retired from the largest airline and traveled the world and never had an experience like this!!!

The property is very 'worn'. While checking in someone asked for blankets which we thought was weird. When we got to the room, we immediately understood. The bed cover was very dirty. so we had to ask for a replacement as well. The lobby was very busy- there were about 30-40 people talking loudly late into the night. The staff were friendly and the service was good. The breakfast was plentiful with a good variety of choices.

My girlfriends and I have stayed at this property annually (except 2020) for at least 10 years on Black Friday weekend. The price and location are great. We have never found any pest problems. However, over the past 3-4 years the upkeep has steadily declined. None of the decor has been updated and the rooms are tired-looking. The door to the bathroom in our room was almost off one of the hinges so it didn’t close properly. The finish on the tub was half gone. The bathroom tap didn’t shut off completely. The breakfast is okay. We will likely return as long as the price stays low. But if we don’t start to see repairs and updates by next year, we will likely look for other accommodations.

The bathtub had what looked like blackmold in it,when we arrived alot of garbage in the parking lot.No microwaves in the rooms,the bathroom towels looked like they should have been white,but had a dirty look to them.Other than that the breakfast was good and in a qiet location.

The hotel itself wasn’t bad. But the room was HORRIBLE. The wallpaper was falling off the walls. There were crumbs under the TV stand. The comforter had blood stains. The towels were either not cleaned or were clean and had black spots on them. It just felt dirt. It was so dirty and uncomfortable that we actually left that night we got there and went to a different hotel. If I could get a refund I’d love that. But I doubt it’ll happen
