2nd stay in 2 weeks no hot water in the shower or sink

The hotel is nice in apperance but the beds are waaaayyy too hard, the pillows are flat, and the pool was only open from 10am- 6pm which is absolutely ridiculous. Other than that we had a good time.

Nice stay off the strip. Easy to Uber back and forth from the Luxor hotel area. Clean and comfortable!

The sink was stopped up and the bathtub was dirty and the sheets wasn’t clean either there was no microwave or no refrigerator that was kind of crazey

Clean room not too far from the strip and quiet at night.

For those with physical challenges, request a room close elevator. We are way at end of hall but I didn’t mind though it seemed far away. The bed was super comfortable. Spacious room. Front desk helpful. Our floor seemed very quiet (14th). There weren’t many travel bath products so make sure you have some with you. We only used valet once and that was last time as I saw how fast they drove cars over those speed bumps it was crazy. No thanks.

great casino. has everything you need.

Nice clean room and staff was accommodating

The beds were very comfy. The room had a nice Mountain View. We didn’t get a room close to elevator and it was a long haul- if you have walking challenges request a room near the lifts. Front desk stay helpful. We used valet once and never again as I saw how ruthless they were coming out of garage with peoples cars and going over speed bumps. The area is close to strip without all the congestion. Overall, I felt safe but do think they should have more security going around the outside grounds of the property.

The entire trip was to sit by the pool and they closed their pool for a private party for the whole afternoon. Super disappointed especially since they weren’t even using the pool. They said we could have a late check out u til noon the next day but then locked us out of our room by 11 when we went to the pool. Not impressed

It's a casino-hotel, but it is lacking signs outside to tell where to park close to check-in. It's an old hotel, the room needs more maintenance/ renovations. The bathroom doesn't have exhaust fan - streamed up after a shower. The bed however is very comfortable.

Well it’s not the greatest but the room was clean and quiet.

Great location, the only bad thing is the marihuana smell in the rooms

Off the strip but easy location. No complaints other than the AC being kinda loud. Would stay again. Plenty of free parking.

Everything was good, except some of my clothing was missing...Disney theme clothing. One shirt and on pair of underwear.

Great place to stay. Great Value!

The beds are comfortable. The bathroom sink and shower/tub were stopped up. The sink never drained. There was also mold in the bathroom.
Lots of restaurants and room service was good. The pool area is nice.

Hotel was decent. The Orleans is older and may need updating but it was clean and exactly what was needed.

I enjoyed being off the strip but the hotel is in awful condition. My room was in need of an overhaul.

I stayed for one night, on a business trip. It happened to be a fight weekend and this was one of the best deals I could find in LV so I didn’t have high expectations.
Check in was FAST and parking was free! The room was much larger than I expected, very clean and had an excellent AC. The restaurants vary from fast and inexpensive to more formal, but the standard of service and quality is excellent across the board. The casino had plenty of table games open, and there was live music playing throughout the night. Overall I had an excellent stay and will for sure be returning! I didn’t get a chance to use the pool but it was very clean from what I saw, with multiple pools, cabanas, bar/snack shop and swim up barstools within some pools.

The mattress was too old/ soft, woke up with a sore back from lack of support from the mattress. The water from the shower was just barely warm but the water from the sink came out hot,

No frills Hotel No coffee maker, refrigerator, no housekeeping ,stocks toiletries for 1person there was 2 of us ,had to ask for towels on night two. Do not use self check in they dont give your Room/Hotel packet info. Had to go to front desk for room info The room was very clean, but bed and linens were basic ,security was good, TGIF food was bad. Poor experience never going back to this place

One of our favorite places to stay. Off Strip, but convenient to the Strip. Parking is easy in and out. Rooms are large and spacious. Pool is one of the best in Vegas.

The hotel is nothing fancy but a steal for the usual prices of Las Vegas. Good food. Decent gambling.

I am a Silver Member with Hotels.com and supposedly a perk would be free breakfast, drink credit, or parking credits. I received neither. Check-in service was quick and we got to our room. AC was really unbearably loud which they accommodated us to a different room. Both rooms were reasonably clean with minor stains found. Their lobby floor ventilation was horrible as they couldn't reduce the strong smoke oder. I was going to try their restaurants but decided to cancel that plan because I hate the second-hand smoke. Would I stay again? Yes but they won't be my top choice.

It’s been great. Room was clean, free toiletries. Bed was comfortable, pillows could be better but that’s everywhere. Overall everything was great.

It was amazing i was there for my birthday celebration

Kelly at the registration desk went out of her way to make my stay amazing.
Then the Valet staff have been over and above. Alan even remembered us and a car we used to have 2 years ago. He remember my husband's name. That is SO impressive.
This has been the best stay that we ever have had at the Orleans!

It’s clean, really dated and the lobby smells cigarette. I have been for one night but I don’t think I will come back.

This was a last minute reservation, I wish I'd booked two nights so I could explore the property and use the amenities and eat at the food court. Casino is not my scene, but I loved The Orleans! Once out of the main lobby where the slots are, it was less "energy zapping"! Everyone was friendly (staff), directing and explaining nicely. My room, 1 kingsize bed, was awesome! Clean, very comfortable and QUIET.

Front desk receptionist was rude

I had a great room with a great view. The only issue I had was that the water pressure in the shower was low.
