Definitely not worth $500 for a 2 night stay. Hotel lobby is far from the hotel tower. To use the elevator for the hotel tower you need a key card. One night my key card stopped working and I got stuck on a floor of the hotel- couldn’t go down to get to the lobby. I called the front desk who said they would send someone but after 25 min no one came- finally a hotel guest was able to send me down to the first floor. “Resort fee” is ridiculous because there are no resort like amenities

In terms of property, you really have everything you need in one spot, which is great! Off the strip of course … rooms look modern and are very tech friendly with usb charging slots on the lamps in the room. Just a small but very convenient touch they’ve added for free. No complaints and I will stay again

My room wss dusty needed a new bathtub,. I did not want to shower, but I had to. My bed was very comfortable and my room was very quiet. Over good stay.

Our stay was nice, for a one night rest. We did not like the Mexican restaurant. It lacked in ambiance and the food was not tasty at all. The rooms were ok. Although, we did appreciate the clean sheets. Our reservations was for 4 adults, yet there was only 2 towels available in the restroom. We called housekeeping and no one ever showed up that night. I called in the morning to get the towels but housekeeping was not available until 9am.

Wow, this place is bad. I wondered just how far off the strip I should stay, I found out. Thought it would be similar to Palace Station, nope. Marginal customer service, but the cleanliness gets negative marks. Hotel room bathroom was filthy and what I believe were chocolate cheerios were on the perimeter of the bed. Do not recommend.

We have stayed here many times. The rooms are clean. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. A special shoutout to the bell and valet staff. They are always friendly and helpful. On a side note, the taxi service they recommend was absolutely horrible. I booked a taxi early in the day that we needed a ride to the strip for a concert. When they didn't show up, being 15 min late, I called and was told they were still looking for a cab for us. After another 15 min I got the same answer. We ended up having to drive to the strip ourselves. Do not depend on this company if you need to get somewhere by a certain time. Boulder Station should think twice about recommending them! This was the only reason they only got a 3 star from me, otherwise it would have been a 4 or 5 star review.

Good place for a night! Stayed on our final night of Arizona/Nevada vacation...near the airport too but still with Vegas-style features.

At first I was very disappointed as a staff on the phone right before I booked assured me the pool was open and the hot tub worked. Well, because of the rain storms over the last several days, pool wasn’t open and there actually was not a hot tub. As upset as I was, I was helped out by a very friendly manager named Megan who went above and beyond by hooking us up two more floors up to a Suite. The Suite was nice, but the jacuzzi only worked some of the time. They were very accommodating staff though and treated us friendly. Bedding was comfortable. Only other complaint I had was one of the sinks only poured out extremely warm or hot water. Overall though, it was a good stay because of the great customer service.

Nice place for a casino hotel- downside is that the restaurants off the gaming floor stink of cigarettes and there's no getting away from the stench- but the room was nice and smelled fine- I would stay here again, but I'll eat somewhere else.

Check-in was very unfriendly. Parked car out front for almost an hour waiting to check in. Was told had to wait until 3 or pay $33 for an early check-in. They started checking in other customers so finally asked if we could get in the room at 2:50 and they said yes. Was told no 22 minutes before 3. Long walk to hotel elevators. Eye smoky environment. Long way to park the car. Won’t stay here again.

This hotel/casino is a great alternative those on the strip. Boulder Station is clean quiet and the entire staff were kind and friendly. There are plenty of dining choices here as well. Parking lot is spacious with easy access to the highways. I was in town for a wedding and this was a great choice for me and my buddies.

Not bad for being an off-strip property. Just off the freeway. Neighborhood around isn’t the greatest. But the hotel itself was decent, room was good/bed ok, staff very friendly. Plenty of free parking. For the price savings it’s worth the 20-25 minute drive to the strip

Paid for a $50 upgrade for a view of the strip in a suite. It was dirty, 3 pillows for a king and apparently there was nobmore pillows anywhere, the curtains where stained and the carpet was gross and sticky. There was no coffee maker or waters, or room service. The vending machine was broken. Its just an old outdated property. With so much competition they should try a little harder to have the basics.

I felt very safe inside the hotel and casino. There are restaurants at the property which is convenient. The hotel service was excellent and the staff are very friendly. The room was clean and housekeeping services were great. The room was a bit worn, so could use an update, but for the price, I can overlook that issue. The bed was very firm. I would stay again due to the affordability, safety, and cleanliness.

Great location on the freeway, but still relatively quiet. We were stopping for the night enroute home from a road trip and we had a great dinner at the steakhouse, fun playing table games, and a good night's rest. HOWEVER, when parking in the garage it is not intuitive where the front desk check in is, and the security guard pointed us in the wrong direction. Do not mistake the rewards desk for check in.
