The hotel is just going downhill. I’ve been staying there for 30+ years and it is just not the same. They don’t have the tables open like they used to. They don’t have the variety. They don’t have the Customer Service. They don’t have the food quality this will be my last time staying there

Bath tub and sink didn’t drain. Elevators were not working in parking garage. Only stayed because this place was close to our wedding venue. Highly unlikely we will go back to that hotel or recommend it.

customer service was amazing from the ladies at. check in til the whole experience we play the slots and my wife let her cell phone but the kid cleaning found it and turned over to security so we got it back that was great definitely recommend this hotel

I stayed at Sams town several years ago. It has definitely improved. The light show at the mystic falls was awesome. The water falls actually made the area cooler on a warm day. The rooms were clean and upgraded from the last time. It didnt smell of old smoke anymore, such a plus. There was a small fridge in the room but no microwave so we couldnt heat up our leftovers from the steakhouse. The bed was medium firm which was nice for our backs. The bowling alley was awesome. Thanks for making my 25th anniversary a weekend to remember.

Honestly my stay was great like usual. Clean and comfortable room. We needed some extra towels and other things and the hotel staff was very accommodating. The reason I can’t give this place a 5 star review is I paid extra to have a park view room and was given a room facing the parking lot. I really would have appreciated getting what I paid for.

First part of our trip was at Sam's Town and the latter part of our trip was at The Cosmopolitan. Only one of these properties we will return to because it met our needs better. Sam's Town. I had researched online about Sam's Town prior to booking and Sam's Town did not disappoint. For what we were looking for, it met the bill. First, we got a room upgrade to park side and that was amazing. Second, the room, while dated (and we knew this going in) was clean, fresh smelling and devoid of any odors, and relaxing. Third, the hotel amenities and attractions were appealing to us. We do not gamble and were not looking for any night club experience. The park was amazing, dining options, the theater, bowling alley, and the pool were all highly appealing. We ate at TGIF, Dunkin Donuts, and Subway. Some cons were the check in process and logistics is a little confusing. Someone could literally make a Youtube video on where to park and check in. [It would be] So helpful!! Our pillows weren't the greatest but the bed was comfortable enough and we slept well in the quiet. Our room had a hair in the bathroom corner and a Q-Tip under the nightstand. A little more attention to detail would have caught those two minor things but other than that our room was so comfortable, and everything else clean and in working order. The staff were professional and helpful. We look forward to returning. Very enjoyable stay.

In Vegas for a wrestling tournament. This was a decent place to stay. Not dirty and the staff was nice. My son had to loose weight, so we used the park garage to run and the security guards were very active and attentive. The guards were very nice and understanding. Kudos ti the security guards!! Overall, I would stay here again. The price is right.

It's an older place and it shows in some areas, but it was kept clean. I would stay there again if I needed to, because there are choices for food, and the staff is friendly. It was very quiet, no issues with noise at all.....It's a bit of a drive to the strip area, so make sure if you are on a time schedule bear that in mind.

Our room was very clean with a very spacious bathroom. The resort had all the amenities we needed and we had a blast. I do recommend having a rental car if staying here as Ubers added up quickly, other than that, it was a perfect stay

There were cigarette butts in the toilet in our non smoking room. Housekeeping? Bathroom had a slight smoky smell. Went away after leaving the hallway door open for a bit.

My family LOVED the animatronic show! My daughter was very dubious when I told her nature was going to come alive all around her. She was not ready for it to actually happen! My wife also could not believe that she could get authentic elote inside her hotel!

Nice place off the strip. Lots of things to do for the whole family and a beautiful jungle in the atrium full of massive fruiting monsteras. Great for the price too!

The 1st room had a rank air discharge from the room overhead unit it smelled like mildew/sewage and I had to change rooms. I had a king bed then 2 queens but I didn't have the smell from the overhead unit which was ok. I changed beds after the 1st night only to find out the sheets had a subtle rank smell and washed but wasn't bleached (might have been the reason for the smell) Its the first bad stay in years of using the establishments hotel.

My fiancée and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sam's Town. I have been coming here since the 1980's. I do miss the buffet, but that is a COVID thing throughout Vegas. I never left the premises during my three days stay as many good restaurants exist under the Sam's Town roof. I went mid-week, which allowed me to play my favorite slot machines. Will plan a fresh trip soon.

We picked the deluxe room for park views but all we got a view of was robertos and McDonald's. Room was great and amenities were awesome. Love coming to Sams to do staycation but this time the view was not what we were expecting.

Great stay. Only problem was we had do not disturb sign on door for a lot of the day so they skipped cleaning our room even after I told the housekeeper the room was available. Love close free parking. Really miss the buffet.

We love staying at Sam’s town. It is a bit quieter and cheaper than staying on the strip. The only thing we missed this time was not having the buffet anymore. It seems buffets in Vegas are not what they used to be or have limited hours or have shutdown since Covid, which is a shame. It was a good buffet they had for the price at Sam’s town. I wish they would bring it back. We always love the movies and bowling all on property.

A lovely little off strip casino with a bowling alley, movie theater, food court, park with nightly light and water show, and shop. The TGIFridays stays open late. The Angry Butcher restaurant inside the park is quite the competition for other on strip restaurants. Parking is included. The casino is older and smoky but appears to be a favorite of locals.
