This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was absolutely disgusting!!! Bugs,dirty linen and sticky carpet. Not too mention the awful odor!!! This hotel needs a makeover. The guest of the hotel stood in front of the entrance smoking cigarettes. There should always be two people at the front desk. The customer service was excellent. The problems with this hotel is beyond the control of the employees.

The carpet was dirty. The room smelled of stale air. The blanket was dirty. My boyfriend asked the receptionist for a tube of toothpaste and was told that the whole facility didn’t have any. Overall experience was average. Wasn’t impressed.

My last day, I saw a roach come from the tv. The appliances are old and outdated and I didn’t feel very safe as people were able to come and go as they pleased. The staff was very friendly but the photos of this hotel are NOT accurate.

We stayed at this hotel after a concert. My boyfriend ordered us breakfast on doordash (Starbucks) and it was delivered to the front door. When he went down to get it, almost immediately after it was delivered, it was gone. He asked the front desk about it and they blatantly lied, saying that they didn’t know where it was. He could see the bag and then drinking one of our drinks. Room was ok, nothing to write home about. The shower did not work so we were unable to shower. People were complaining about their TV not working and the front desk people didn’t do anything about it.

Stayed here after a flight was canceled. Appreciated that there was a place to do laundry as airline would not give us our checked bags back. Hallway smelled of cigarettes but thankfully room did not. Staff member was extremely pleasant and helpful.

Since moving to Atlanta GA approximately I have stayed at Extended Stays on numerous visits back to the DMV for business. The price is reasonable and proximity to the airport is convenient. Your staff was great. My one complaint is that on numerous visits there has been some sort of issue with the bathroom. Whether an inoperative shower, or some other plumbing related issue, I have had problems with several bathrooms on numerous stays with you. When I become aware of these issues. I am usually rushing to check out, and neglect to bring the matter to your attention.

There was mold all over the bathroom. Some nasty stuff on the ceiling of the shower. Pungent odor in the hallways and stairways. Two beds, 1 had several hairs the other had stained sheets. Room is extremely out dated

The staff does not answer the phone, they just let it ring. The bed was hard as a slab of concrete. The room itself was okay, but nothing outstanding. The hotel advertises an airport shuttle, but does not offer any kind of shuttle at all. Spent $40 taking a taxi to hotel from airport and an Uber back to the airport.

Lamp by bed did not work. Website said they had airport shuttle but they did not. Also said they had breakfast, but it was just A bookcase in the lobby with coffee, muffins, and granola bars. Had to walk to another motel to get transportation to the airport.

They say no smoking but you can smell the cigarettes, and find cigarettes around the property. Through your the night you could hear people stumbling around the hallways, and speaking loudly even though there are “quiet hours” which begin at 10 pm, these noises had me up every hour.

There was a roach motel on the side of the refrigerator and a smeared dead roach in the bathroom on the wall above the shower then two doors down from some guest started to fighting at about 5:40 in the morning and when I stepped out my room the woman was in the hallway naked screaming and yelling don’t break my phone she was let back in the room and the fighting got intense that’s when I decided to check out early and get some rest at the airport

Paid for stay in advance to save $$$. Site said Pet Friendly, but they tacked on over 20 percent fee after arrival for our dog. Why not say ‘Pet Friendly with additional fee,’? Don’t mind additional fee but be transparent about it! Also, lamps by bed were inoperable

This is mainly for Expedia - your website says they have an airport shuttle, but they don't. TAKE THAT OFF YOUR WESITE. The refrigerator in the room also makes a knocking noise whenever it cycles on which is very annoying too.

Bathroom sink was clogged. Unfortunately there have been bathroom issues with my rooms in Extended Stay iin more than 5 or 6 of my most recent rentals. When I am in Baltimore, I am usually too busy to spend time dealing with malfunctions of this nature. Oh yeah, my wall phone didn’t work this most recent visit and on probably 3 other visits making it impossible to receive wake-up calls.

The staff were friendly and I didn't find any evidence of pests, plus the location is convenient and surprisingly quiet. However the first room I checked into reeked of cigarettes, had a broken bathroom sink, and was filthy -- thick dust on the edges of most things and earwax smeared on the phone received. I requested a room change and the next one was clean and smelled fine, but the phone, TV, and two lights were broken. Additionally, I was checked in under the wrong name even though I provided ID and as a result, the wifi wouldn't work. I worked with tech support who connected me the hard way, but assured me that eventually I could just use it. That never happened.

Soon as I walked into through the automatics doors of this hotel it smelled of marijuana. Not just a little. The whole place reeked of weed. Even after I got to my room. The place stunk. Once I checked in, I asked about shuttle service. There was none!! The only reason I booked this hotel on hotel.com was for shuttle service. The UBER ride cost me to $27 to go less than 2 miles from BWI-hotel. Another $13 back the next morning. I feel like someone whether hotels.com or the hotel itself should reimburse me for UBER rides for shuttle service since it plainly stated it was offered. The front desk clerk said, she had told her manager that this had been a problem in the past. The website hasn’t been updated. This hotel is a dump!! I only stayed 3 hours. The traffic in/out during late hours makes me wonder what else is actually going on at that hotel. Has me questioning using Hotel.com to book hotel stays at all anymore. $140 to stay at this hotel was a complete rip off. STAY AWAY!!

They advertise that they have transportation to and from the air port. That is not the case. The place was dirty and had a smell to it. The air-conditioner made a loud grinding noise when it would turn on. We sleep on top of the bed sheets as the place look like it had bugs. Killed five to six fly's in the room The facility needed a deep cleaning and a remodel. We did not feel safe at this location. Not a place to bring your family.

It had to stuff but you had to go down and get kitchen where. The only ice was from the freezer in the kitchen but you had to put the water in the trays and wait hours for it to freeze. The place smelled

I visit from out of town the first night my tolet overflow and I have a 3 year old son who the staff said he have to quite down by 10pm I felt like a shelter instead of a hotel stay..

Overall the stay was quiet and peaceful, other than the fire department showing up late night for the fire alarm. However, my fiancé had her vape stolen from her bad, after we requested clean towels and wash cloths. We never received the towels, but she did notice after we left for our next destination, that her bag was open and vape missing. There was no other access to our room other than housekeeping, after we left that day.
