The guy running the counter has been here over 16 years and is so nice & welcoming. This is my second stay in the past month and will likely keep coming as the place is clean, quiet, the employees are great & the price is perfect for really any budget! Excellent home away from home!

Our first night in room 217. Room was being painted and some areas were still tacky to the touch. Bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. Second night we changed rooms to room 320 and bed was better. Food was cold second day for breakfast. Looked like the eggs were used day before and reheated.

This Microtel was very nice. I am picky. Not rich picky. Just picky. It was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Dining very close by.Close to the main road. I stayed five days and was happy.

We chose this hotel based on how close it is to the Ark. This hotel is so unkept, so dirty, I almost turned around and went away. We were put in a room in the second floor; the smell of cigarrette was unbearable. The front desk told us the “painters must’ve smoked there”. We were moved to the 3rd floor, which didn’t smell but was equally as dirty. Walls are paper thin. The only positive thing I can say about this place was the breakfast was ok (waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, toast, etc). I was glad our stay was short.

Apparently it is near a railroad. Heard train horns all night. Breakfast was okay. With most of the reviews i was expecting alot more. It was scrambled eggs sausage links and a waffle maker. They had some cold stuff too but i was expecting more. My fault. Haha i knew better The hotel is older and needs some renovation but it served its purpose.

The room we got had a hole behind the tv and we were able to hear the tv and voices from the other room. The person at the front desk said they didn’t have more rooms available to move us. We had to wait until after 12am to able To go to sleep (until our neighbors went to sleep). They didn’t give us a discount and the front desk lady said that the manager was out for three weeks!

A/C unit was malfunction from time I walked in. Didn't heat. She turned it up to 78 degrees before came on. "We'll replace if doesn't fix. Kept me awake all night with sounds of decompressing. Replaced w/ new one next day. I was reimbursed $40. Thanks. I acquired two large blood-sucks on my leg. I'm having difficulty w/ traveling in N.KY area.

Very Antiquated, old! The noise was terrible due to the motel sitting on an access road to a very large apartment complex. Mufflers galore. The staff was kind. The whole motel needs renovation but Wyndham probably won’t ever invest.

It was a nice stay. The room was small but lots of storage! Plenty room for luggage. The bathroom had a shelving unit which was very nice. It was a good price and included breakfast which was good. There were plenty of choices too. It was clean and the beds were comfortable.We will definitely chose microtel again.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Ark Encounter. The hotel property is run down. The room we stayed in is definitely in need of an update. The tub was dirty-stained, the shower curtain rod was broken, and some towels were dirty. The carpet was worn and coming up. The pictures on the Expedia listing are misleading, this hotel is poor in its overall condition, a little on the dirty side. For one night it was doable, but I would not recommend it.

We find Microtel Inns to be clean and comfortable with a great breakfast as well. This time there had been some painting down the hall, leaving a strong smell of fumes. The desk attendant was quick to offer us a choice of rooms on another floor, and everything was perfect for a good night's sleep.

The room was a little outdated and rough shape. Hair in the bed and lots of noise!!! Door was not sealed shut; therefore hall noise was disturbing. Also when outside door would slam, it would suction our room door and cause it to slam. Door slamming in and out of hotel all night

Convenient. Minutes away from the ARK. Friendly breakfast. Night clerk was a little creepy, never made eye contact, seemed like check in was a bother at 9 p.m. Not a deal breaker but did not set a great start. Wish there was at least a treadmill somewhere....had to climb the stairs a few times instead ...LOL
