Great place to stay if visiting the Ark Encounter. It was a good price and comfortable enough for our short stay, and the Ark Encounter was within walking distance. We saved $15 on parking.

The workers were very nice. The room was very small for being a "suite." When i made my reservation i thought it was a hotel, but it is a motel. The room was very cramped, and the bathroom is very small. Great breakfast though, but dining area was also very small. I give it a 7.5/10 rating.

The hotel looks nice, but our room needs a lot of work...The flooring is coming up, metal bed frames with sharp corners caused a lot of bruising to my legs, linens didn't seem fresh, bathtub was slippery, the room didn't seem very clean. The air conditioner had to be replaced since it wasn't cooling. Uncomfortable first night.

It was good for the money. There is also a really neat Mexican restaurant in the same parking lot that is very very good.

Upon arrival we were pretty disappointed with the room overall. It was small and the bathroom was tiny. Bathroom tile was in disrepair and the bathtub drain didn't have a plug. No private area for getting ready to go out. Upside; Beds were comfortable and the breakfasts were generous.

We have a good experience the owner let us use there dining area since we are a group we have dinner together and owner are nice .and enjoy the motel wasnt bad like in the review closer to the mexican restaurant and Ark .Thank you Ms Nelum for making our vacation memorable for a group.

We had a very nice stay. It was clean, comfortable and everyone was very friendly. They also had a nice breakfast. Will definitely stay again if we’re back in the area. Highly recommend!

Rooms very dated, appliances unsafely balanced on each other. Husband got a shock turning on bathrooms light switch. Door to room had large gaps Around edge allowing cold air through, lock Did not work properly. Bathroom not cleaned properly

Broken tile, mildew in bathroom. Broken ironing board, holes in the wall, and dirty walls. Beds were more like hammocks then beds.

The bed was so lumpy that I chose to lay across the foot of the bed which wasn’t so broken down. I covered myself with my coat. The floors in the bathroom had numerous large cracks. The flooring in the bedroom area has several boards that were separated and could cause a tripping hazard.

Linen, and towels were old and worn. Room was cold and breezy. Tub was stained. The bedding was worn out and obviously needed replacing. Would never stay here again.

I agree with some of the previous reviews about the hotel being a little dated. I also agree that the Mexican restaurant on the property was outstanding. The one quirk was that the toilet was very loud. Other than that, the breakfast was okay, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Very convenient location for the Ark Experience. I would certainly consider staying again.

Even though the place isn’t fancy and super modern, the staff was friendly and accommodated my request for a first floor room. Breakfast was good with fresh fruit offerings and freshly brewed coffee. The room was comfortable and very quiet.

very old and shabby. Squeaky bed, ancient mattress, ancient noisy bathroom fan, threadbare towels, must have been original 1950s or 60s furniture. chosen for proximity to Ark Encounter. Highly overpriced for accommodations.
