This hotel is very run down. The room smelled like cigarettes and the cover on the bed had burn marks on it. The furniture in the rooms was damaged on the tips from water and the chair was very dirty and worn out.

Walked into the lobby and it smelled like marijuana smoke. There were 2 scummy looking guys sleeping on the sofas in the lobby. Waited about 20 minutes for the clerk to show up at the desk and check me in. My bath towels had stains on them. There were a lot of homeless guys walking around the parking lot and inside the hotel. Over all this is just a creepy hotel. If you are an average middle income person you will feel very out of place here.

Looks like this property has more tenants living there than customers. The water is Luke warm for bathing.

There was no microwave in the room. The phone didn’t work. There was the smell of marijuana all through out the hotel. The employees were even high. There were no spoons for the breakfast. There was also a roach in the room

It snowed the day before and they didn’t have the sidewalk cleared and salt put down there was no butter for toast and the room didn’t have any cups

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The entire building stunk of cigarette smoke so badly that it permeated our clothes. The toilet flushed non-stop. The heat didn't work properly and the internet was out. The curtains were full of holes. There was red staining on the bathroom wall that really looked like blood. Their breakfast was cereal and old fruit. The staff seemed completely indifferent.

The entire hotel smells strongly of cigarette smoke. My sister and I spent 30 minutes in our room looking for another hotel to stay in, and by the time we left our throats and sinuses were burning. However, Geet at the front desk was helpful and kind.

The handicapped room was ready poor set up. The bed was very high, almost could not get my mother into it. The floor was slick. Bathroom toilet was normal height. Bath tube was to high also.

Well not sure how to explain my visit other than ok ish the bathroom had broken shower curtain rod also found a dirty towel hanging up also at approximately 2:00 in the morning I know it's out of the hotels control somebody's car alarm kept going off repeatedly till about 3:00 in the morning I honestly hate leaving any kind of bad review for any business I returned to this hotel because of my previous experience being outstanding but that was about 5 or 6 years ago hopefully leaving a review like this might help to get some things addressed for future visits

Everyone was friendly but we stayed 4 nights and had to take our trash out and ask for trash bags and towels as needed (this was never discussed just worked out that way we were told they dont service the room until check out). We traveled with our dog and the room we stayed in (a pet room obviously) had not been vacuumed before we checked in (crumbs and grass everywhere) and the sheets were still full of dog hair. It was a place to sleep but this would not be my go to next visit.

Nice hotel- close to shopping area and restaurants.

Musty & noise from

THERE WAS NO LOCK ON EXTERIOR DOOR ON MY SIDE OF BUILDING - EVEN AT NIGHT! LATE AT NIGHT, NOISEY GROUPS HANGING OUT IN PARKING LOT! JUST UNCOMFORTABLE ATMOSPHERE IN GENERAL.....GLAD TO BE HOME!

The breakfast was not the greatest but staff was very nice

Good for the price. The room is large the bed was pretty comfortable. The bathroom needed some work, but again at the cost, it wasn't awful.

This property is poorly taken care of, shower pressure was horrible, and I had to switch 3 rooms to get one that was cleanish with a good working a/c

Places reeked of cigarettes smoke . Room was clean . But the lobby and common areas weren't well maintained or cleaned.

TV doesn't work right, had to reset every 20 minutes, air-conditioning very cold

Rundown

Night clerk was friendly. Beds were clean and comfortable. Room was spacious. The room smell was stale, even with a/c running. Carpet was filthy (turned socks black within minutes). There were partly patched holes on wall and door. It was clear a number of individuals live at the hotel as there were personalized notes on their doors. The smell of recreational drugs was potent near several rooms as walking by. Groups of young adult wandered the halls and congregated late at night. We did not feel particularly safe. On a Sunday, breakfast runs until 9am - we came at 835 and eggs, waffle batter etc was out. The morning front desk clerk was evidently also the cook, and she first refused to help as "it's almost 9" and then she was "too busy" to refill, leaving toast, cereal and molding oranges as our options. However, it would have been very difficult for her to prepare more food while she also had a line of guests and a police officer waiting to interview her about "a room incident." Unfortunate for all parties. Our room had 2 bath towels (6 person occupancy) and when we requested more, we were sent to track down housekeeping who directed us to their laundry room where we had to wait for a load to dry. It's exceptionally rare for us to leave a negative review, but this was an exceptionally bad experience.

The toilet was dirty and did not flush, the room was not clean. For a Super 8 I was very disappointed.

Walls had paint chipping was made to wait 3 hrs after I checked in to move rooms cause the a/c wasn't working on my original room....overall bad experience....bad thing is the super 8 Wichita airport was cheaper easier n more accommodating to my disability n by far the cleanest super 8

I will never book with this Hotel again. Had i been able to be refunded i would have left room disgusting and stated no animals beyond first floor but had dogs on third. Is was just gross very dissatisfied worst money i ever spent in my life.

Tired & worn. Carpets & furniture in room had not been deep cleaned in quite some time and felt grimey. Card key locks for side doors from parking areas were broken. When our room keys stopped working, front desk reset the keys with just the room number, they didn’t ask for our name or ID — MAJOR security breech.

Site conditions were questionable. People hanging outside, trash, security talking out loud about someone trying to get into the side and back doors which they were watching. Next morning waited for over 30 minutes for any food. Finally decided to try the waffle iron. Food and debris was all over the floor and countets. One staff cane in multiple times but never acknowledged any of the four waiting for bread, eggs, anything besides waffles.

Overall it was fine.

There was people cooking yelling and drinking. In the parking lot. The room across the hall had crack heads in it. The room had burn marks on the sink and burn holes in the curtains I did not feel safe. So I left

When we first entered the hotel there was a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. We booked a 3 queen suite. After entering the room we noticed one of the beds looked sunken. We immediately called the front desk and asked for another room. We were told they did not have another room, but could offer us a rollaway bed. While we waited for the rollaway bed we noticed the desk was very unstable and the chair was broken. When the women came to the door with the rollaway we pointed out the bed and the desk and chair. One woman said she knew about the chair and desk, but not the bed. What? Why wouldn't you remove these items before booking out the room? The rollaway bed was in terrible condition and should be tossed in the trash. We contacted Expedia immediately to inform them of the conditions of the hotel. It was recommended we speak to the manager, Melody. We were told IF we checked out they would only give us a partial refund, because we entered the room. Of course we entered the room. We had the intention of staying there until we saw the condition of the room. We pulled off the mattress to see if we could tell the problem. The box spring was completely broken. We provided Expedia with photos. A maintenance man replaced the box spring with a frame that did not require one. He said it would take 25 minutes. Nope. More like 45. By this time it's 11pm and we are exhausted from driving all day, so we sucked it up. DO NOT STAY HERE
