The hotel is not in the best of shape, the carpet in the room had holes in it. The lock on the door was not done very well. The bathroom was missing hand rails. The pool did not appear to have been cleaned in a while. Only reason we stayed was because it was in walking distance of Knotts Berry.

The rooms are ok but a bit run down. There was black between shower tiles that was questionable & I wonder if it was mold? The front desk kind was not accommodating or very friendly.

Photos are a bit deceiving. Checking in and out was simple and quick. Our room was dirty, questionable stains on the walls and around the light switches. You hear everything going on outside the room door. Other guests can be very inconsiderate on the amount of noise they make.

The location is perfect for a trip to knotts. Even better since cham soot gol is right behind this hotel. We appreciate the front desk’s assistance on 4/7/24 for letting us book a last minute stay due to misplacing our car key.

The staff were all very kind and extremely helpful. The pool was heated which came in handy! You can't get a better location than this for knottsberry. Also, the city of buena park is very clean and safe.

We have stayed at this hotel at least 40 - 50 times. The hotel is older and the beds are as hard as sleeping on a plywood board. When we informed the Front desek clerk that we were cutting our stay early due to the beds being extremely uncomfortable. He didn't even bat an eye or offer to move us rooms. I asked to speak to the Manager and he said no refunds, before I could even say one word. I didn't even ask the clerk for a refund, nor was I going to ask the manager. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL AROUND The location is great if you are going to Knott's but the is the only thing that was great

I reserved a family suite that showed a bunk bed room in a separate room however the pictures were incorrect and the room we actually reserved was a bunk bed crammed in a room with two queen beds. There were dead flies on the fridge, the room was musty , sheets were old and stained. The room was an office that was recently converted to a room and was not numbered. They did not have sufficient parting and upon leaving our room Saturday morning there was a car parked right outside the door were we had to push back plan froms to get past. A homeless person was sitting out our steps leading to the room when returned to the hotel in the evening. Heard traffic all night and windows did not have blackout curtains so could see light through the window all night.

The service here was horrible. When we arrived on Sunday to check in, after we had checked in and key was received. The receptionist stated some one would be coming in to fix the hot water was broken. After driving for 6 hours knowing we would not be able to take a hot shower was very disappointing especially as we arrived at 6pm so I felt it should have been fixed before we got there. I’m not sure if anyone ever came by to fix it as we went to dinner and notified of this but they said it would be fine as they would still be able to get in. For 2 days we did not have hot water we went the first day to complain before leaving to Disney they said they would fix it. The next day I asked for a manger. The manager argued that we weren’t waiting long enough for the how water to come out. When I argued for him to come to the room and to wait with us to see how long we needed to wait for the hot water he agreed on our way to the room he said well let me check the boiler. I argued back he didn’t need to check the boiler if his defense is that everything is working we just need to wait long enough for hot water to come. I asked for at least day refund as we were not able to shower that day and he denied said no refund! Even though we never had any hot water for our whole stay

The pillows were in need of replacement, the safe did not work, and there were plenty of noisy guests. The walls are not soundproof nor insulated. Our neighbor guest was on his phone outside of his room. We could hear his conversation which started at 10:00 pm and did not end until we had to call the front desk at 1:00 am. Thankfully, the onsite manager did speak with the guest and he went inside. Amen!. The place is clean, but it is dated.

Bunk bed space too small , u could hardly fit a 9 year old in room to even squeeze in bunk bed. Bathrooms had sliding door too wich was a no to me.

The bunk beds might as well have not been included in the “suite” the pictures online are not true. It is very outdated. I kept hearing loud music like a TV or Radio and it wouldn’t let me sleep for two nights. Walls are very thin we stayed in room 235. I called front office and they said no one was next to us. I said I would record and show them proof in the AM. They said let me come over and hear and I said no cuz it was midnight and others were already sleeping or trying to.Then management comes up when I told them not to. We were a group of women and we didn’t want an unknown man coming into our room that late, it didn’t feel safe. Management was unhelpful. Front door lets too much light seep in and curtain isn’t big enough to cover the window. All of us kept saying we were hot in the room because it was humid in there and the AC didn’t work properly. Microwave is weak. Carpets were dirty as soon as we arrived. Our feet were black! Next, they turn off the boiler and they don’t tell you. I showered with cold water! Not enough parking and no elevator for the 200 level. We slept on two queen beds that were comfy. The bunk beds got used as storage because it’s no exaggeration when I say that the ground was more comfortable than those “mattresses”. Please, if you’re considering here— simply don’t. It’s a headache and it’s a lot of work to stay here having to call the office for things that you expect to work and for them to handle.

We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights 2/15-2/18 for a family trip to Disneyland. It’s a 10 minute drive from hotel to Disneyland. I recommend this hotel for the price. Hotel could need an upgrade but for the price is fine. I would book again in the future.

Between being super small & super run down & super dirty. I'm glad we only stayed one night because I don't think I could stay any longer. Between Pool looking Gross & the bed having dirt, dust & holes from cigarettes. I'm pretty sure I'm glad I brought a sleeping bag there are no blankets in the room just sheets, I would not call those pillows, block out curtains that don't work shower that has no water pressure, toilet so close to washing your hands. Nice service in the beginning & the end, but a $100 to hold the room after I already paid it's a little weird. No breakfast, Especially on the hotels.com app it says that it serves breakfast but when we got there they said they don't we picked it for this reason because we are both breakfast people. Very disappointed. You can hear all the noises from every room around you it's not sound Proof. See pictures

We checked into this hotel trying to think the best. It was dirty, the sheets were dingy, white and thin like they were 20 years old, there were no comforters on the bed, the drapes were falling off the curtain rod on both ends, all the furniture was old, banged up and faded, the shower didn’t work, each room has its own outdoor entrance, but we had to walk down an outdoor hallway that was totally disgusting. The tiles were old and peeling, and the walls were filthy dirty in the hallways and in the rooms. There was a huge spider in the bathtub when we got there which totally threw us all off but you know spiders are everywhere. Anyway, we ended up checking out in because I got the room through Expedia. I have to talk to Expedia for my refund. I would not recommend this place at all. I have stayed in motels that were in better shape than this and they advertise remodeled rooms. The room we had was probably from the 80s!

This property needs to be torn down and rebuilt. Extremely old. The walls and floors are peeling. The sheets and the towels are tattered. It was gross. I stayed one night of the 2 I was reserved for because of this.

I appreciate this location for its charm. The room maintains a standard of cleanliness and comfort that is quite satisfying. However, the placement of the sockets could be improved for better accessibility, particularly if some were located under the table and by the bedside table.

Nice hotel very close to the places we wanted to visit including knottsberry farm. Very clean, but older hotel which is okay, the price was very reasonable and the customer service was great. Lots of places to eat at close by. Would visit again!

Our stay for 2 nights were good. The front desk clerk was very helpful at check in and even upgraded our room to a more spacious one without extra charge, which we greatly appreciated. The room and beds were clean, with a working mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine and even a sink with some dishes and silverware which was nice. My only complaint was the people in the room above us sounded like a heard of elephants playing with a bowling ball throughout the night, which kept me up (but the hotel of course was not to blame, that’s just hotel life I guess). The beds weren’t the most comfortable, but we still slept ok on them. I would stay here again if the chance arose.

Hotel is old and a bit outdated, however the staff does a great job with what the have to offer. There is a lot of "interesting" characters that are either staying at the hotel or pass through the parking lot. The best part of the hotel is its close proximity to Knott's, just a easy 5 minute walk from the park.
