Came in late. So it was ok just for a 7 hour sleep. Except the couple above us were yelling for a few hours and a dog was left in the room next to us was whining and scratching at the door till midnight.
You can hear everything going on.
Otherwise the place was small but clean

Awful experience with our kids with us! There for a competition weekend, so got there later to check in- you could smell the marijuana in the air immediately along with seeing the consumption around the hotel and in the parking area. NOT a Family-Friendly environment. Plan to contact corporate it was disappointing g for the larger chair this establishment is a part of.

Couldn’t check in, they lost my reservation and cause me to stress out, some of the guest that was staying begin to look for other places to stay, hotel was as up kept as it looks from the pictures

Barely served purpose, would not stay again. Noise all hours, no sleep, paper thin floors/walls…at one point thought I heard someone ask for a cigarette through the wall lol. Also breakfast offered is just about non existent.

The property was easily accessible from the highway. Heating system was quiet and the bed was comfortable. While the decorating was plane, everything worked. We had dinner at a close Outback Steakhouse. The area for improvement would be the breakfast - limited offering.

This visit was my first time at a Microtel location. I'm a bit of a snob for another chain but remained open minded about my stay here. Felt like an upgraded motel. It checked the affordability box but didn't want to stay at a Motel 6 or Super 8. It was ok for a 2 night stay. Always could hear a voices outside my door or when they were cleaning. Extremely clean. Elevator could have used some work as the door creaked and was slow each time it opened.

Hey things was nice at property I just didn’t like that there was no closet space for my belongings so I would not be able to take an assignment at your property bc I bring a lot and there won’t be enough space for me

It was well kept. The staff was very nice and even printed some pics on the copier for us we had taken on our trip from our cell phones.

The rooms are a bit small but they were clean, beds were very comfortable and the staff were very nice and polite I would stay again if ever in the area.

I liked the customer service, pillows, sheets, temperature of room. I did not like the fact that the area was non-smoking yet the hallway, carpet and air was saturated with the smell of cigarette smoke.

Check in was good, clerk was polite and efficient. Beds were comfortable. We arrived at 3am so didn’t see much of the property or amenities. We were just glad of a place to sleep!

Unfortunately, the staff at the front desk upon arrival was rude. We had a language barrier, and when I had to ask him to repeat himself, he responded in an unfriendly manner.
There were some terrible odors in the hallway and elevator.
Overall, the stay was good as I felt like the place was pretty clean but would have felt better if I knew there was a friendly face at the beginning.

The room was very cold when we got in there so we turn up the air. After 30min went by we can smell that someone had ben smoking in the room. Called the front desk and the guys told me we had ben there to long to make a complaint. We left!

The staff was great. The accommodations ok, not bad, but expected. The sad thing was I was pleasantly surprised by the room having a smart TV. But it wasn't on the net and could not be configured, so was a big disappointed.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed in a room with a king size bed and it was very comfortable! The room was clean. I didn't get a chance to visit the pool but it looked clean and inviting. Felt safe in the area.
