Cannot give a five star review because half of the hotel was being renovated. Staff was friendly and room was comfortable.

Coffee was terrible in the lobby , like I was drinking watered down coffee ,, complementary breakfast was worst I’ve had , omelettes in plastic bags , and other than waffle machine being only positive thing on breakfast counter .remodelingbwas being done and all construction vehicles were taking up most spots in front by front doors u think management woulda told them to park to back especially trailers etc ,

Toilette stained. Mildew on bathroom fixtures. WiFi extremely slow with constant dropping and having to reconnect. Parking lot a sheet of ice, no salt or sand.

Not bad for the price. The bathroom was clean but in need of updating. The room was clean. The staff were very nice. They offer free breakfast.

The staff was wonderful! Rooms are clean, have a microwave and mini fridge. The shower was hard to get to turn on but that was minor. We’ve stayed here before and will again!

I booked a one night stay for a family event. I made a typo on the date. I received the email confirmation but didn’t pay a lot of attention to it. The night before, I get an email asking how my check in was. I called Hotels.Com and they were awesome!! They called microtel and asked if I could switch it to the next night instead and we’re told a flat NO. They would not let me change it and that would charge me the entire night. That is absolutely terrible customer support! I will never book with microtel or it’s affiliates again.

Very disappointed in this hotel. For $116 I didn’t expect dead bugs in the bathroom vent fan and a clogged toilet. I went down to the front desk to see if they could do anything about the toilet. They gave me a plunger.

The worst part of the two night stay was the noise level, our second night on the floor where we were roomed. Walls are paper thin. You could hear full conversations. Sleep was broken multiple times. Did not contact desk due to fear of retribution from multiple number of people in adjacent room. Many other guests on that floor were slamming doors and loudly talking during the night. No thought of other lodgers. The staff and accommodations were great; very limited breakfast offerings. If you stay ask for room on First floor. The stay was expensive, but necessary. Hopefully evening and night staff can check second floor for lodgers not able to show common courtesy to others.

Hotel & room were small but cute and comfortable. Furnishings in the room were a little outdated/wornout and could use replacing (couch, chairs) but overall our quick stay was comfortable and staff was super friendly.

It’s a great location - across the street from St. Bonaventure and down the street from countless shops and restaurants. Service was excellent. Room was clean. We were on the first floor - close to the main lobby - so it was a little noisy. I would stay again - I would ask for a room further down the hall.
