Positives - The location is great for the beach with lots of fantastic restaurants, bars and cafes close by. Beach is beautiful as is the scenery. The reception staff were extremely helpful, providing milk for tea, bowls, and a free late checkout. Answered any questions we had. Only 1.5 mile walk/run to the beautiful park. A tram station is right outside going into the city centre and airport. All ideal. Negatives - It is extremely noisy being so close to a nightclub with music and people shouting outside until 4-5am each night we stayed (Thursday-Sunday). One night the hotel glass door was even smashed. The rooms are also very small. Way too much furniture (two arm chairs, desk and coffee table) which meant zero floor space to walk around. Finally, we went out for the day and got back at 4pm to find our room still had not been cleaned so it messed up our plans. No idea why it could take so long for such a small hotel. All in all, great staff, beautiful beach and views, but very overpriced for what it is. Bring your ear plugs!

The hotel was easy to find and only a short walk away from the metro line. The hotel and our room itself were very clean and the staff behind reception were friendly and accommodating. We'd certainly stop again.

Nice hotel right on the beach and close to transport links into the city. Thought €18 was expensive for breakfast, so we ate out. But lots of restaurants nearby that were a cheaper alternative.

I’m not sure if it’s because we used a 3rd party booking site or not, but, requests were not taken into consideration. We were in a room right outside from the elevator when requested to be away from it. The beds were terribly uncomfortable and the pillows were not ideal either. The bedding has burn holes in one. They also overcharged my credit card by over $132EUR (which they did refund when requested and apologized) front desk staff were lovely and the hotel was clean. However the restaurant staff were unresponsive and really didn’t want to be there. No quality checked no asks for coffee refills, if you didn’t take the buffet for breakfast you were an inconvenience to the wait staff.

It was a great small hotel , in a good position with excellent transport links . Easy to get into the city and with the beach on your doorstep . Restaurants a few steps away . The staff were helpful and polite. Good stay .

The location is terrific, it's right alongside the beach and marina. The room was clean and decently appointed, including some complimentary drinks in the minibar. Staff are friendly. The major cons - sleep quality. The walls are paper thin, you hear everything that your neighbors say/do. I do mean everything. There's a club next door, and you will be partying alongside them until the wee hours of the morning. The lesser con is the bathroom - although spacious, one of the junior suites has a separate toilet that seemed to have some plumbing issues - it smelled like a septic tank, and when we showered, foam popped up in the toilet next door via a vent. They also don't have conditioner, which made me wonder who they are catering to as far as guests are concerned...generally speaking, only those with thin/naturally straight hair don't need conditioner.

We stay here each year. It’s on the beach, adjacent to many walkable restaurants and the staff is always friendly and helpful. They have a good breakfast buffet and Amanda makes dining for breakfast that much more enjoyable.

Very clean hotel, waterfront, with an excellent jacuzzi and gym that are always open. Good breakfast. Rooms are somewhat small, but well equipped.

This hotel is located right beside the beach and it's a great location if you want to relax on or go for walks on the beach. Many restaurants to choose from and conveniently across the street from a Taxi stand if you want to head out to visit other tourist attractions. The hotel rooftop view is amazing. The hotel is very clean and staff is helpful. I would recommend this hotel to tourists visiting Valencia, especially if they want some time to relax during their vacation.

A lovely hotel in a wonderful location near the beach. We took a trip into the city during the day and had plenty of choice of wonderful restaurants in the evening just by the beach. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would recommend a stay here.
