Great location; hearty breakfast, spacious room. Nothing fancy but has everything you need for a comfortable stay away from home.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is quiet. I needed only a few hours between my flights, so i didn't explore what was around the hotel.

Great stay and staff was excellent

Parking was a little confusing when we got there. There was a small lot with about 5 spaces right next to the hotel, and a garage with a 5’8 clearance which is not suitable for SUV cars. Luckily, there was an open spot in the lot next to the hotel where we parked for $20. Inside was a little outdated but still very clean and average/small. Our room smelled minty walking in which was a good sign! Clean linens, organized neatly and comfortable. Bathroom was clean as well except sink was a little backed up and the shower was making a loud squeaking noise. Shower pressure was average and was equipped with a non-slip mat. Downtown/ Vieux Port was a 15 minute walk which isn’t bad. Area around the property was mostly run down but not far from surrounding hotels and/or restaurants. For the price of our room, including breakfast, was a great deal if you’re not too picky about location or anything else mentioned.

Stayed here for two nights at the end of a trip around Quebec.
Location is convenient right next to Berri UQAM métro and the 747 airport bus stops.
Room was very clean and quiet, particularly as the hotel seemed not to be very full at the time.
Provided great value for money! Would definitely stay again.

Close to old town area, fair prize, but horrible underground parking experience, need well skill to park in that underground garage.

We got 5 minutes late for breakfast, we couldn’t get it, so strict, they have to be a little flexible in this matter.

I liked this hotel. So conveniently located in the heart of Montreal. Very accommodating staff, nicely appointed rooms, clean and quiet.

Very basic breakfast, I asked hotel to keep my luggage in storage for couple of days while I had another reservation with them after. They refused with my request.
Not worth with this price
Location is perfect

I loved this place and will stay here if I ever come back to Montreal. Proximity to the Berri-Uqam Metro station (3 min walk or so) was perfect for exploring! And then after being out all day the bed was soooo comfortable and I actually wish I could have had more time to lay in it. 2 very minor negatives to mention - One was that the check-in agent told us breakfast ended at 11:30am, but it ended at 11am. Luckily when we showed up at 11am the ladies at breakfast let us take the tasty coffee/juice/boiled eggs that were still out and gave us some to-go croissants. Speaking of which, they were so fresh and delicious, especially with the sliced meat and cheese! It was a perfect way to start the day full without having to spend $$ on breakfast. The other negative was the TV in the room is locked to a pretty low volume (who cares if you don't plan to stay in the room much!). Anyway, I really loved the access to a microwave and fridge in the kitchenette, and the spaciousness of the room with plenty of seating. This is not a place for a 5-star in-hotel amenities but if your priority is being out in Montreal, this is the way to go. Yes there are a few sketchy/homeless people around the Metro area, but nobody bothered us so it wasn't a problem.

Spent three nights. Had an excellant stay. I would stay again. Hotel is very clean and safe. My suite excellant clean with a small kitchenette with utensils/dishware. Walking distance to everything you could need (grocery, Starbucks, McD, nice eateries/restaurants, etc) and attractions. One minute walk to St Catherines street. Once there, an eight, ten minute (approx) walk to St Laurant. Easy access to transportation (subway, ebikes). Being right downtown, like in any city, you will see some homeless people, i never felt threatened or unsafe day or late night. Hotel is very secure with pass card access, nobody can just wander in or hangout.

Location is very good and breakfast is good. But the area is little dirty. Understandable that it is because of it being too near to downtown

Good location very close to great subway stop and walking to Old Montreal (15-20 minutes) but through a bit of a down-and-out 'hood to get there. Ok breakfast and rooms are ok but its not a "boutique hotel" in any way.

They should train the front desk people better, so they can be more friendly and polite, especially the men.

Excellent location, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was basically cereal and toast with hard boiled eggs as an addition. A little canned fruit as well. Parking was tight and you can't park underground unless you have a small car. $20.00 Canadian. Not a bad value. Staff wasn't overly friendly but okay overall.

Everything was great at this property! Rooms are nice and clean! I would stay here again for sure! One thing that did bother me(& my family) is the parking situation. It’s underground but very small and tight to park, and scary going back out when someone could be driving down in as it’s one lane that goes both ways in and out. But great location!

The hotel is good. My only issue is that I have never had any room service during my stay although I asked for it.

Parking is very difficult! They have a parking lot under the building, but you must have a small car to be able to use it. Otherwise, you park some place on the street. The room itself was nice, and having the little kitchenette is very handy.
5.0
This was a great stay for the location being right by multiple Metro stations. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well kept. We liked being in the Village for the numerous shops and local culture. Homelessness appears a bit of a problem in the area but the hotel felt very safe!

Great rates friendly staff, within walking distance of several landmarks. What more could you ask for?
