Great hotel for our family during a soccer tournament. Off the strip, and easily accessible with lots of restaurants, etc, close by.

I was here for a family emergency and actually had to check out quickly .. Frank at the front desk was great and extremely helpful.. staff was great and so friendly!! AAAAA All the way around

I was charged a fee for my service animal, even though I called before I arrived to measure it was ok, I was not approached about the animal during my stay, and I called again after I noticed an extra charge on my credit card. I was not notified or given a receipt for this by the hotel. I will never stay at a Holiday Inn Express, or any related properties, nor will I ever recommend one. The manager, Nate, was also very rude over he phone.

Internet does not work. You cannot get online. Area unsafe. Also, Service was miserable. The front desk person was angry and stressed out. She was arguing with someone on the phone when we arrived, hung up, and then refused to talk to us or listen to any requests. We wanted to be away from potential noise and wound up In the noisiest room, close to lobby and on first floor. The hotel was clearly still empty at that hour, but she wouldn’t even discuss another room option with us and threatened to cancel our reservation when we asked. Horrible person, horrible service.

Frank at the front desk is amazing. He is very great at his job and he was able to help make our stay comfortable and wonderful. The breakfast is filling and clean and delicious. The other front desk gentlemen were also very amazing and accommodating.

Out of a 14 day stay the room was not cleaned 3 times. The room cleaner did a poor job leaving the bed sloppily made. Some times leaving bits of trash on floor like a used q-tip from waste basket. Also did not replenish cups and coffee pods. The elevator was out of full service the last two days. You had to walk up stairs to 2nd floor to get on. The price paid for this room should have come with really good service. Looking for other options for next time.

The room was missing a shower curtain and towels upon check in, and just in a state in need of repairs. Multiple signs throughout the hotel warning of theft and items that are commonly stolen. We appreciated the heads up, but it really made us also feel unsafe during our stay. The staff were great and accommodating - absolutely no complaints on the customer service at this location.

I needed to stay close to the airport and Spring Valley Hospital. The Holiday Inn Express met all objectives. Very pleasant and helpful staff, clean, quiet rooms, great air conditioning and excellent breakfast. There are very good restaurants close by. I used the Fitness Center and it had everything needed. I will stay here again.

I arrived at BNA at 8:50 pm, due to a funeral looked up flight said delayed till 9:15. Get to checkout and flight was gone. So had to scramble to get another flight with my daughter in another airline spend more money only to find out that had layover in Denver, and connect to Las Vegas. So I got to Vegas and had to go to convention called to check on my reservations and was booked . Now I am stuck with no room for the night charged me one night and still no resolution. My 10 year old daughter and I never got a call and have been up since yesterday morning around 8. :00 and they couldn’t even accommodate.

A male employee walked in on me naked after unlocking the door. One of the worst experiences ever. The morning after my final night, housekeeping knocked at 8:30am, waking me up prematurely. Why is housekeeping coming around at 8:30am on a Saturday morning? Later I called the front desk at 10:45 asking for a delayed checkout, and was granted 12:00 noon. At 11:30, a male employee knocked while I was naked about to jump into the shower, I yelled "No thank you!" But they unlocked the door anyway, came in, and demanded "Whats your last name?" I answered, and they left. No apology for intruding, nothing. When I reported the incident to front desk at checkout, they blamed housekeeping and their resolution to the issue was to offer me to sign up for the rewards program. This is the service a $300 rate gets you.

We stood three days ( Fri. to Mon). Friendly staff. Easy check in. Entered the room. Looked nice however desk chair had a hardened blob of fry sauce on it. Had that switched out. Bathroom floor could use a mopping. Refrigerator did not keep bottled water or soda cold. Housekeeping does not clean daily. Staff said the only clean on the seventh day. Which means you must stay longer than Seven days in order to have your room cleaned.So be sure to request clean towels or you won't get them. And don't expect to have your beds changed out or fixed. Housekeeping and fresh towels is a MUST in any hotel.

Great front desk staff, very clean room at the right price. Breakfast was the standard fare but was on time and what was supposed to be hot was hot and what was supposed to be cold was cold. My only complaint was that there was no “do not disturb“ hang tag available in my room. I went downstairs and got one from the desk because I had a late check out so I could sleep in. I put the hangtag in the card slot but this did not stop housekeeping from removing it and knocking on my door before my late check out time. Unbelievable! I did notify the front desk and they said they would address this issue with all their housekeeping staff and I believe he will.
