Really nice, new, modern hotel right at the foot of Mt Cranmore. Easy to get to from downtown North Conway train station area. Plenty of parking. Spacious rooms - we had a King Suite. Modern bathroom and shower. Very friendly hotel staff, from maint main to bar tender! Very nice buffet breakfast on Sunday morning which was free! Bartender really new how to make drinks. Just a great stay. Highly recommend.

Great location, but found the hotel extremely ill prepared for the snow storm. Staff didn't show up. No one to staff the restaurant. Refused late check out.

Such a great location and family friendly! Has everything you need for adults and kids! Super convenient for skiing and tubing and close to downtown North Conway! The bar and food was good - and so nice to have breakfast included and available until 10am! The kids love the indoor pool andddd outdoor hot tub! Roasting marshmallows by the fire outside was also a big plus!

Convenient location. Comfortable beds. Love the outside hot tub. S'mores outside was a nice touch..Pool inside was on the cooler side which was a little disappointing. Overall will return again.

No shuttle service on weekdays, hot tub was broken, caught the bartender with his pants undone behind the bar on duty. I doubt we will be back.

Our stay at this property was quite pleasant! It is conveniently located to the local attractions but far enough removed to provide a peaceful retreat as well.
Upon check-in we realized the room we were given was not the same class we had reserved. When brought to the attention of management, the issue was quickly and more than adequately resolved. Our stay was for 2 nights. Breakfast was typical but we appreciated there were different options each morning. The pool and outdoor hot tub were refreshing. And the fire pits and complimentary s'mores were a nice way to end the day. It was understandably winter in NH, but a little more effort to clear the ice from the patio bricks surrounding the fire pits and hot tub area would have been appreciated.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and will not only rebook, but recommend to others as well.

It was excellent. Service was great, very clean, descent breakfast food and fun activities for kids. It was beautifully decorated for the holidays.

The stay was very pleasant including the staff. The staff including Brian were very helpful and tried to do best and you really saw it. The only thing that was disturbing is the noise from the air conditioner which would even wake you up at night.

Brand new! Opened in February 2023. The room was flawless. The beds were comfy. The “Mountain View” was partial (which is fine). The bathroom is beautiful and the shower with the double glass doors was awesome and the toiletries are on point! The amenities were perfect. The only real thing lacking is the breakfast… it was included in our stay, but it’s only self serve items, and they are mostly sub-par. The main annoyance (which is everyone’s favorite) was the waffle mix. It legit took 3 minutes and counting for the mix to come out. Took less time for them to cook! Coffee was “meh” at best. BUT free not so great breakfast isn’t a deal breaker. We will just plan to head out for breakfast next time we stay. It’s at the base of a mountain with tons of activities! The indoor pool room is hot, the water was Lukewarm, the hot tub outside was a bit warmer. There’s a full mini-gym. There’s a small bar with a tender 5pm-10pm which is really cool. Great looking drinks! The location of the hotel is awesome! The desk staff are friendly and check in and out was quick! We will definitely stay here again.

A month before my trip I booked and paid for a king size bed non-handicapped room. I had photos of my reservation i took when booking. There were many room types available at the time of my booking. When i arrived at the hotel I was given the handicapoed room. I asked the two young women at the front desk for the non-handicapped room i had paid for. I was told all they had left was the handicapped room as they were fully booked. The handicapped room only had one desk chair for sitting. One of us had to sit on the bed in order to watch the tv. The stay was very uncomfortable. Food service was lax. There were no napkins, spoons, and food service trays were empty, the sausages were cold. It felt like they were trying to save money by only providing the minimum at breakfast. The building is only a few months old so the physical facility is in good shape, but it does not seam to be run very well.

Our room was very nice, the pool area had a terrible dirty odor, the breakfast was cold ie eggs, sausage for what there was, we had to ask about refills for almost everything on the breakfast bar before 8am.

Many restaurants in the area were closed. (Time of year, staffing issues ?) The train ride was good.

Beds and pillows were quite uncomfortable. Side entrance keypad didn’t work. We were given a handicapped accessible room and were told we couldn’t switch rooms bc there were no others but I booked a regular king room, not accessible.

Rooms very comfortable and well designed with all the comforts of home away from home. Also, we loved the fire pit area and the outdoor hot tub. Property well maintained and they are pet friendly. I will definitely stay again and highly recommend.

We had an horrible experience at this newer Hotel.
1. The shower was broken and had poor water pressure.
2. Dirty toilet in our room.
3. Air Conditioner/Heater unit made a whistling noise all night.
4. Our Room was next to the stairs annd was extremely noisey from foot traffic.
5. Breakfast was a joke. Ran out of utensils, waffles, eggs, and anything hot. Only option was cereal.
6. Staff seams overwhelmed and does not have the resources to provide great service or a nice stay.
With all the great options nearby, I would avoid this Hotel until they get it figured out.
