The Inn on Terrace is a fully furnished 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom centrally located in Bates Hendricks Indianapolis. This new construction home is a 5 minute drive from Lucas Oil, Bankers Life Fieldhouse, Eli Lilly, and walking distance to Fountain Square, a historic area known for eclectic restaurants, bars, and entertainment. This high end home is the perfect space to visit for a long weekend, hang your bag up for a work trip, or stay for a month while working remotely for a change of scenery. This home has a 2 car garage, and is baby/toddler friendly. Pack and play, high chair, baby/toddler plates, cups, and silverware provided.

Overall a great experience renting this property. Has everything any one needs for a vacation spot in Indianapolis. Close to the downtown area if it wasn't so cold out we would have walked! All of the beds are comfortable and the garage is a HUGE bonus. The host is very responsive if you need anything at all from start to finish. Thanks for making this a smooth vacation for us!

Was very happy with our stay for the night while passing through Indy. The home is in a transitional neighborhood but felt safe. Having a garage was a big benefit as we didn’t have to unload everything. The only downside was the lack of hand soap in some of the bathrooms and kitchen, but since there was only two of us, we just took soap from one of the other unused baths. We would definitely stay here again!

No complaints. While certain blocks of the neighborhood felt a little less up and coming than others, we never felt unsafe or anything. House was great. Would stay again.

Great place to stay. Clean. Comfortable. Safe. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, downtown, and the interstate. The garage provides convenient parking. The host is very helpful and responsive if needed.

Cute. Spacious. Cozy. Just what a group of co-workers need to start and end a work conference stay. Appreciate the extra room to spread out and hang out. Love the open concept.
All guest bedrooms could use a bedside lamp - as the ceiling light is a bit too bright for bedtime. A fully paved path to the front door would be helpful to avoid walking in wet grass in work shoes. Finally, an onsite checklist of the expectations of your guests upon checkout would be helpful (linens, towels, garbage, etc.)

We came into Indianapolis for one night and needed a good nights rest. This was a great place for my Wife and I and two teenage kids, thank you so much.

I stayed here as a stop on a long road trip with my 2 kids, 2 dogs, and my brother. There was plenty of space for all of us, it was really clean, the soaps smelled fantastic, and the beds were really comfortable.

Garage parking was really nice to have a covered safe place to park. We sat outside in the back and only hearing pretty birds chirp was pleasant. Took several walks one to the district co the hgtv store just a 5min or less walk. And an evening walk around the neighborhood was quiet and nice seeing all the Reno’s and completed homes with remodeling. Everything worked tv, all appliances. Beds were comfortable. And shower was spacious and had good flow of water. Overall a great home and stay.

Everyone in the family loved this house! My daughter wanted to live there, haha. Kim communicated well and even offered an early check-in if we needed it. Nothing but good things about this stay.

I stayed at Kim's place for just one night as part of a road trip. Her house was only a short detour off my route and easy to find. Having a garage was key as I was traveling with a loaded car and 3 bikes! I didn't want to leave them parked outside. The garage was plenty big and easy to access.
The house was super clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Another super plus was being able to have my dog along as she was on the road trip with me. I would totally stay here again.

The house was perfect! We didn't get to stay as long as we had hoped so I can't speak to location because we literally got in just in time to go to bed and left the following morning. We felt safe arriving at night in the neighborhood and the house is beautiful! Everything you could need for a great stay. Super comfortable, modern and pretty. Beautifully done. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again, 5 stars! Wonderful and prompt/very helpful owner and quick to respond.

Four buddies in town for a long weekend, had a great time staying here. Beautiful kitchen, new appliances, very clean, loved having a 2 car garage... beautiful decor, wouldn't want a toddler running around though. A few inaccuracies in the listing caused some hiccups, bed arrangements were interesting. Worlds Smallest Coffee maker - overall it gets 4.5 stars from our crew, would stay here again.

We had a fantastic time at Kim's home! Check-in was so simple and Kim was extremely communicative in making sure we had everything we needed. The house itself is gorgeous; a very clean, modern design with beautiful appliances, finishes, and decor. Everything was just as stated in the description. There were ample towels, sheets, paper products, kitchen utensils, and more. We loved the location close to downtown and having the 2-car garage was wonderful. The house was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 small children. We will definitely be staying at Kim's property again when we visit Indy!

Unit is very modern, clean and cozy. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of linens and dishes. Mitts of convenience items- hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels. I super appreciate all the comforts of home. Thanks, Kim!

This was a great property! Kim’s place is kept up with, the location was perfect distance to downtown, and all amenities from wifi to rooms were terrific! Highly recommend!
