This rental consists of two buildings with three separate units, a large pool deck, patios and a lush garden. Overall you've got almost 3.000 sqft at your disposal and it the rental is located in the quiet neighborhood of Lake Ridge close to everything in Fort Lauderdale - May it be the beaches, downtown, restaurants or nightlife. Within minutes you'll get to the beach with its famous beachwalk. The rental has two separate dwellings, containing: Unit 1: 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Unit 2: 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Unit 3: 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathrooms These are connected via the pool area. Another Highlight is the stunning pool area with its heated pool, several sun loungers and the tropical surroundings. The rental is equipped with everything you'll need for your stay, set to be your home away from home. There are stylish bathrooms, of course equipped with towels, shower amenities, hair dryer etc. as well as an outdoor shower close to the pool. All three kitchen areas got all the amenities you’ll need: Plates, knives, cups, glasses, pots, pans etc. There is also a blender, oven, microwave, stove, cooler with freezer, electric kettle and a coffee-maker (Keurig). Several Smart-TVs in living areas and bedroom will round up your day enjoying Fort Lauderdale - Various streaming options included. You will have high-speed internet access (WIFI) throughout the entire property. Also the complex is perfectly equipped for a longer stay in Fort Lauderdale as well: There is a washing machine (also washing powder) iron, ironing board and everything you'll need to stay longer. The apartment will accommodate 12 in total. You’ll all fall asleep in comfy king size beds. Guest Access: The entire property with its two dwellings is fully equipped and will be completely at your disposal. Please, make yourself at home. The Neighborhood: You'll be living in the quiet neighborhood of Lake Ridge, however enjoy to have everything closeby. May it be the Fort Lauderdale beach, nightlife, restaurants or downtown Fort Lauderdale with its events. Getting Around: Supermarkets, beachwalk, restaurants - Everything you'll need can be reached within 5-10 minutes. In addition you can enjoy free parking for up to five cars. Street parking is not permitted. Other Things to Note: We provide quality linen and towels as well as a bathroom welcome pack with travel size shampoos. Extra services: – Late check-out is available at an extra cost subject to availability. – Cleaning services are available during your stay at additional cost, just let us know and we’ll get it organized for you. We went as a group of 12 and it was the perfect set up. The property is split up into three separate units. It was nice to have 3 separate kitchens. With the pool attaching all 3 units, it could not be more perfect. The property is very private and feels like a little oasis. There were a couple bumps but it was easy to remain in contact with the host throughout the entire stay.

This property felt like our own little oasis. It was very relaxing and any problems we had during our stay (few to none) were taken care of! I would 100% recommend this to anyone. The three separate units each had its own kitchenette and living room space which allowed us to have spaces to ourselves while also sharing the pool area in the middle. The host always got back to me within 2 hours which was helpful. I will be coming back!!
