You can fit up to 16 people. You can also use it as two separate apartments if you’d like for added privacy. Situated inside the upscale 24/7 guard-gated community of Playacar Fase 1, this villa provides safety coupled with peace and tranquility for the vacation of a lifetime. The gated community is close to downtown and the famous 5th Avenue, lined with shops, restaurants, bars, and tons of activity. You’ll also have just a 1 block walk to the beach! The houses in this prestigious area are surrounded by green tropical foliage and nice walking paths/streets. There’s also a small original Mayan ruins site that can be seen along the main street. The main spaces of the villa: OUTDOORS: - There’s an eclectic yet romantic PRIVATE POOL AREA surrounded by high walls and shaded areas to offer loads of privacy. There’s a lovely pool with a waterfall feature, a little mini pool, an outdoor dining patio with a table and chairs for dining al fresco, and a charcoal BBQ grill, should you choose to spend the entire day enjoying a pool day! - There’s an adorable FRONT GARDEN and PRIVATE PORCH area with chairs to relax there as well, enjoying fresh air and a beverage or morning coffee. There’s also an outdoor dining table that can seat 8! - There’s a PRIVATE ROOF TERRACE with seating up there to relax with a PARTIAL OCEAN VIEW. A gorgeous spot for a morning coffee; maybe, if you’re an early riser, you can catch a glorious sunrise! INDOORS: - An incredibly spacious and luminous open LIVING ROOM space on the ground floor with authentic Mexican art and decor, high wood-beamed ceilings, comfortable furnishings, plenty of sofa seating, big wall-mounted flatscreen Smart TV, AC, and direct access to the back patio and swimming pool area. - There’s an indoor DINING table adjacent to the main sitting area and in front of the big screen TV. The table can comfortably seat 6 for a relaxed meal in peace, quiet, and comfort. There are four stools at the nearby breakfast bar, too, for additional seating. The Neighborhood: The gated community of Playacar is just south of downtown Playa del Carmen and the famous 5th Avenue and is considered one of the nicest and safest areas in town, perfect for families. You’ll be close to the south end of 5th Ave and the Paseo del Carmen Open-Air Shopping Mall and loads of restaurants, shops, international brands, cafes, boutiques, and souvenir shops. The villa is inside Fase 1 of the Playacar development, but just next door in Playacar’s Fase 2, you’ll find: - Attractions like the Xaman Ha Aviary, a small Mayan archeological site. - Convenience stores, a few eateries, and the Playacar Shopping Plaza near the all-inclusive hotels in the hotel zone of Fase 2, with more restaurants, bars, jewelry and souvenir shops, ATMs, a McDonald’s, and a Starbucks. - There’s a 6K | 3.7-mile path around the Playacar Fase 2 area where you’ll see joggers, bikers, and families walking and also some incredible golf course views. - Playacar beach is one of the most beautiful stretches of beach you can enjoy in Playa. - And you’ll have the world-class Hard Rock Riviera Maya Golf Course! Please note The guest will claim a few stairs. Electricity is included for stays fewer than 28 nights. For stays of 28 nights or more, you’ll need to pay for electricity usage from day 1 of your arrival at $5 pesos/KWh consumed. The meter will be checked upon arrival and again on departure. Please be conscientious of what you consume and always turn off lights and the AC before leaving as it consumes the most. Pets are not allowed at this property. We provide some essentials upon arrival, like toilet paper, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, and body gel . Please note that these items are not replenished during your stay. When you run out, you'll need to purchase more. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - If a neighbor or security makes a report of noise, the first step will be to record a video of the evidence and inform the guests violating the rule. The second step will be a fine of up to 500 USD. The maximum level is 65 decibels. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay. - Please avoid moving furniture. - Pets are not allowed. - Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings. - It is requested to use the Safety Deposit Box for all your valuables. We will not be held responsible for any loss or theft. - We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the villa during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival. Interaction with Guests: This is a self-check-in property using a lockbox to retrieve the keys. But we ask that you please provide us with your arrival ETA and departure time in advance. The lockbox access code will be provided 24 hours before arrival. You will need to present your ID at the guard-gated entrance upon arrival.
