The individual units of the Blue Water Vista can be rented separately (during the "off-season" only) or it can be rented as a whole. This property offers access to a beautiful, in-ground, salt water pool that is open all year! The pool can be heated (additional fee). The BOAT DOCK is directly in front of the property across the street (approx. 30 seconds walk). Power to the dock is available. Boat Slip subject to availability. This house is AWESOME!! There was plenty of space for my family. We had many views of the ocean and the canal. The ocean views were both front and back!! The sun setting over the canal was just lovely! The pool was perfect for everyone including the grandbabies and everyone enjoyed it. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, pots/pans and dishes. The house was extremely spacious and clean. We will definitely return. The owner and property management was easy to get along with. We did not have any issues at all...Vacation is more enjoyable when living arrangements are perfect!! I highly recommend this property as your next vacation destination!! The beach is very close to the property, we just drove the golf cart and had no problems at all.

We celebrated my daughters graduation from UNCW at the house. It was the perfect space to share with family from out of state, and enjoy good food and company. The house was so spacious and the kitchen, with it's huge center island, was perfect for our gathering. I would definitely recommend this house.

My family of 5 stayed at Blue Water Vista for our spring break. Both the owner and his support team were super informative and helpful. The house is very well maintained and spacious. The kitchen is great. (Large, open and well appointed) We had a great time grilling and making meals and eating on the balcony. The pool was very nice and well maintained as well. Our 3 kids enjoyed the pool nearly every day. The house is VERY close to the beach. A very simple walk to a very quiet stretch of the beach. The house has extras available to rent that will meet all your needs (golf cart, kayak, bikes). You can walk to the boardwalk although it is a decent walk but great to get out for exercise. Or bikes and golf carts are handy for those who prefer not to walk. The boardwalk has cute shops and places to eat. Britts donuts on the boardwalk is a must. We spent days visiting: The aquarium, Fort Fisher, Wilmington, USS North Carolina Battleship, golfing, and took the Ferry to Southport. I will definitely consider returning to Carolina Beach and specifically renting Blue Water Vista again!! Next time I want to see if we can coordinate friends to come and rent the other unit at the same time. This place is fabulous for families to travel together.

My family stayed at the Blue Water Vista for spring break. The owner and his team are amazingly responsive and helpful. He made it easy to book and answer questions. The house looks like the photos - big, new, well kept with everything you could need. It even had a sweet welcome basket waiting for us when we arrived. The pool is adorable and refreshing - an excellent place for my morning coffee. Everywhere we looked - there is a different and beautiful view. Other reviewers say the beach is a 5 minute walk but it feels short and simple. The beach was practically empty because there are no hotels or parking near by. My advice is to rent the whole house so that you don't have to share the pool (you can rent the upper, lower or full house) but I will definitely be coming back. Thank you Ian for a WONDERFUL spring break!!!

Absolutely loved the house & all of its beautiful features! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay for vacation. We enjoyed the location relative to stores and a great restaurant named Gibbys!!! Best part of the entire house was the breathtaking view on the top balcony! Also wonderful owner, great to work with. Already scheduled our next stay this summer

Clean and updated home. Large living room area where we could all sit comfortably, large deck and nice pool. Enjoyed our walk to beach which took less than 5 mins. Internet worked well, looks like new TV's and fittings. Overall very enjoyable experience and good value for money.

This property was great; we enjoyed how updated and fresh it was and that it offered all of the conveniences plus the pool was nice! This home has been very well maintained and is better than the photos online....I would highly recommend to any potential guests.
