At the Heart of the Central Pocono Mountains, we are the central area for Family Fun! Our Home- ~2 Queen, 2 Double & sleeps up to 6 people ~3-minute walk to heated outdoor pool w/slide (Seasonal) and laundry room ~BBQ and Firepit ~Fresh linens, towels, starter toiletries & essentials ~Professionally cleaned ~Smart TV in living room ~Washer & Dryer located in WLE, a minute's drive ~Ideal for families with children ~Duraflame logs ONLY for use in the fireplace The chalet will be yours to use, including all open amenities available during your stay. Easy self-check-in anytime after 3:00 p.m. Don't worry...car tags will be available at the WLE office before 4:30 pm or the next day. It contains everything you will need for your stay, including a full kitchen with a single-serve coffee maker, utensils, pots/pans, a dishwasher, and a crock pot, we even supply starter coffee and tea supplies. We love our 2 bedroom Cozy Chalet, which we call "Bali's Cottage" and know you will too. Please relax and enjoy our home at Wallenpaupack Lake Estates, A Wonderful Community Nestled in the Pocono Mountains. This home is perfect for your family and friends. With 2 bedrooms, both holding queen-sized beds, along with 2 full-size beds in the loft, this home will accommodate six adults comfortably. The house has central a/c, gas heat, wi-fi, smart TV, and a small desk area. Our full kitchen has everything you need to dine in: dishwasher, microwave, stove, dining area, coffee maker, toaster, dishes/pot/pans/utensils. Our large patio has an outdoor grill with propane for entertaining and a fire pit (use at your own risk) with a sitting area in the backyard. Come enjoy the comforts of home while using all of the same WLE amenities that we do. You are a 5-minute walk to the outdoor pool. WLE is a private community with 24-hour security. Amenities include a family clubhouse, skate park, 2 heated outdoor pools one with a water slide (which is walkable-Rockledge Pool), 1 heated indoor pool w/sauna, snack shack, picnic areas, 2 beaches, marina, volleyball, tennis courts (need to be reserved in advance at the main office), playground, swim docks, baseball field, basketball, gym and so much more including community events on weekends. Feel free to bring your water toys which you can launch at the public boat launch nearby. There are so many endless activities you can do in the local area. Parking is available through the owner; contact us for details. Renters must be 28 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent/guardian. We require photocopies of driver's licenses to ensure compliance with this rule. There is NO smoking in the house. NO pets are allowed. Since this home is located in a secured, private community, a rental application will be required which will be emailed to you. This application must be completed and signed and must include the names, ages, addresses, and relationships to you of all of your guests. This application must be completed within 72 hours of your arrival or the community will issue a $100 late fee that you will be responsible for. You may not exceed the maximum number of people as indicated in this listing. You will need to check in at the main office at WLE for car passes upon your arrival (or the next morning). The community is very strict on its rules and regulations, especially having all vehicles registered and passes displayed appropriately. The fines for violations are steep and will be your responsibility if any are issued during your stay. WLE Amenities for Summer Renters: WLF offers amazing amenities, and most operating hours can be found on its website. Different months of the year affect the availability of many amenities. All amenities require badges, which will be provided to renters. Several lakes in our community require a valid fishing license. Misc... *Paper Products- We stock the house with a starter roll of paper towels and several rolls of toilet paper. We strongly suggest planning to bring extra for your stay. *We stock basic supplies such as glass, all-purpose cleaners, and trash bags. *We do not supply firewood or duraflame logs. *We do not have a golf cart for use.

This is a two-bedroom lake house with a loft and living room to sleep more. It is near the community pool and playground and game room, with easy parking and lots of deer visible nearby. Trees keep it shady and everyone slept well. Owners very helpful and communicative. We had a good time!

We stayed here for 4 nights with family (2 adults, 2 teens, 2 seniors). Absolutely loved this cozy home. Very clean and fully stocked with all essentials. The neighborhood was super safe as a part of the well maintained community. Easy drive to grocers, coffee shop and lake. The community also has a well maintained beach and swimming pool. We were a bit nervous with the new listing but do not worry. The house is amazing and we highly recommend.

There is always risk in renting, especially with a new listing, but from start to finish this was a 10/10 experience. The property owner immediately communicated with us when I completed my booking. I had a minor question about accommodations and she immediately came back with answers. The property and home was exactly as described and met all expectations. The house was very clean and my young kids loved every second of their time there. The intro package at the house was super helpful and was clear and concise, so didn’t need to ask any questions. I communicated when we left the property and Lisa came right back! She was excellent and easy to reach. My family owns property and rents in WLE and said our experience was a 10/10, as well. Thank you, LISA!
