Very safe neighborhood with a new park (pickleball, awesome slides, grass) just around the corner. * Fully sanitized between guests, wiping down all commonly touched surfaces in addition to a thorough cleaning. Please reach out with any questions on this. * Granite counters, soaking tub, wood-look tile floors. * Central refrigerated air conditioning. * Fast Wifi of 400 Mbps - perfect for working or doing homework from home. * The kitchen has all granite counters and is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, glassware, etc. * Provided soap, shampoo and conditioner and lots of fluffy towels. * Washer and dryer for your convenience on longer stays and a two-car garage to park your car. * Laptop-friendly workspace, office, work space * Self check-in keyless entry for your convenience * Smart tv with streaming app accessibility * Kid friendly, books, games, toys. * Portable crib and high chair upon request * White Sands National Park , Igloo cooler and sleds upon request * Enjoy relaxing indoor-outdoor living with our 330 days a year of sunshine and gorgeous views of the Organ Mountains. * Full access to the property, no amenities are shared * Very safe neighborhood that is convenient for freeway access to be anywhere in town in just a few minutes, shopping, restaurants, parks, splash pad, mountain biking. * Good for visiting White Sands National Monument, Spaceport America, or WSMR and NASA facilities. * No loud parties permitted! * No smoking on property (including outside)! $250 fee! * No animals are allowed due to allergies. * This is a new (7/21) property with new furnishings. We want our guests to enjoy the space. We also want our neighbors to be happy with our property being used as a short-term rental. This property is NOT a party house and guests/you are required to be respectful of neighbors and keep the noise level down, especially between the hours of 9pm-8am. We look forward to hosting you! RULES AND FEES SUMMARY $65 for taking the garage remote and not returning it $35 for failure to take garbage cans to the curb on garbage day $25 for failure to turn off the grill, propane tank, or gas stove knobs

This listing was better than we had expected! The property was in a very nice neighborhood with easy access to everything you would want to see in the area. The property was clean, well maintained, and well stocked.
The host's were friendly and very responsive. The check in and out process was simple.
Our stay was great! We would definitely recommend this property and we would stay again in a heartbeat.

This is the perfect property if you have a large group. Plenty of beds and space to host including a very nice backyard area with a grill and small basketball pad. Location is excellent as you are 5 mins away from Walmart/Walgreens and other food options. Hosts are very responsive and helpful, they want to make sure you have a good stay. Couldn't recommend this property enough, thank you so much for a great time!
