Tower 4 at Portofino is located next to the Lifestyle Center and Fitness center/Spa. With 1333 square foot of well appointed living space , this unit will sleep 6 people comfortably with one king size bed, two twin beds, and a pull out sofa sleeper in the living area. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepaare gourmet meals, or if you prefer, savor the sights and sounds of the Gulf while grilling. The stunning natural beauty of Pensacola Beachs glorious sugar white sand contrasting the aquamarine color of the water is enhanced by the 18th floor vantage point. Just steps away from your sky home is the Gulf of Mexico or Santa Rosa Sound. Portofino has the unique advantage of having access to the beach, the Gulf of Mexico and the Quietwater Beach of the Santa Rosa Sound. If you want to venture into Pensacola proper there are multiple things to explore and experience in the city of Five Flags. Beautiful views from the 18th floor. Clean well maintained unit with everything that is needed including kitchen items, plenty of towels and even beach chairs and Umbrella. Great communication with owner. Would return again in a heartbeat and Highly recommend

Best trip we've had yet! They even sent me a calender invite so that everyone had all the information from the get go. We loved the stainless steel cookware. I could cook breakfast every morning. We loved the twin beds (truly one of the top reasons we picked this place). The kids loved that they had (*gasp*) their OWN TV! They still used Netflix in the living space more. Mommy couldn't figure out the "4 remote combination" in the kid's room. We Loved the blackout curtains that kept the reflection off the TV and made the room nice and intimate at night. The Master bed was incredibly comfortable and whatever that foam top layer was helped us sleep well. The closets were big and hangers were already there waiting for us. The suitcase tripod was especially handy. There were bath towels ready to go when we got there and there was plenty of clothes washing liquid so that we could keep the sand and stuff out of our beach towels and their condo. The new sponge for the kitchen sink was a nice touch and honestly, I felt like it was a respectful gesture. I was really touched they left a new one for us! It was the best beach trip we've ever had. My father-in-law got to visit us at the pool and at the beach most days. He lives locally. Some "need to knows": There is no lock on the master door so if your kids are like mine (7yr old & 5yr old) they could come bursting in anytime. This might be a user error on my part, but we couldn't figure out how to make the water anything but BROILING hot in the showers. It wasn't worth calling poor Kathy late at night. Also, this kept the water pressure extremely low because we couldn't turn the water up very high. Again, I think it is a user error... We never did get Disney+ to work, but I think the app on the TV needs to be deleted and re-downloaded and there was no way I would fiddle with someone's electronics without them knowing, so we just watched Netflix. If I had any recommendations for future guests it would be to bring a throw blanket from home so that you can snuggle with your family on the big overstuffed couch at night. The kids wanted to use the quilts on their beds and we wouldn't let them, so we used beach towels instead. I would love to stay in their HomeAway again. It was truly one of the BEST beach vacations we've ever had.

Can’t think of anything that could have been better. Our first stay at Portofino and it was perfect for our family. The room had a great view and was close to the Activity building. We hope to be back too

Condo was waterfront, very clean and spacious. There were only two of us, but there is plenty of room for 4-6 at this condo. The balcony was huge and definitely the centerpiece to the condo. The pictures of the condo on VRBO make it look slightly outdated, however it is actually quite nice and modern when you go inside. The pics don't do it justice. The condo is inside the Portofino, which is one of the nicest resorts in P'cola. I'll deff be booking another trip soon. Thank you Kathy.

Good mini vacay. Horrible weather for a beach stay. Was surprised by rules of complex. Brought a jet ski with us but no trailers allowed on property. Couldn't even leave it in very spacious slightly used employee parking area. Also rode motorcycle only to find out no motorcycles allowed in xomex either.

Kathy was great. We met her face to face and was very friendly. We had an incident at the airport requiring us to stay an extra night. I reached out via text and she responded quickly that the next night was open and she could easily rent it to us. Life saver!

Our Portofino spring break stay was wonderful. The weather was fantastic all week which allowed us to use all of the pools and beach daily. The unit was great and had excellent views of the gulf from both the bedrooms and living area. We enjoyed watching the dolphins from the balcony most mornings. Our family really enjoys the resort and this unit worked well for us. We especially liked all of the beach equipment ranging from beach chairs, beach umbrella, sand toys and boogie board. We would love to return in the future.

Our time at Portofino was very nice and relaxing. Kathy was a wonderful host and was available for any questions we had during our stay. The morning views were spectacular from our balcony. There was plenty of activities for the kids to partake in along with enjoyment for the adults.

The condo was nicely appointed with a homey feel and personal touches. The master bed was very comfortable and enjoyed rare and wonderfully restful nights. The condo was clean and it had plenty of towels, which can be an issue with condos sometimes. The kitchen had everything we needed and even had some supplies like coffee filters and foil. The view of the gulf is delightful and we enjoyed hours of relaxing on the balcony. We have stayed in several Portofino condos and this one is one of the nicer ones.

The condo was very nice and accurate with the photos Great views of the ocean. Kathy was very helpful in letting us check in couple of hrs early. The only criticism I have is the main living room TV it was old fashioned not a flatscreen HDTV I could not get the remote control to work properly to change channels so we ended up having to watch all out tv time in the main bedroom.

The view was amazing in this unit. We appreciated the cleaning items and the extra towels and beach towels and beach boogie boards and chairs that were left for us in the unit to use. The unit could use some dusting and cleaning of the doors and under the couch. I wasn't impressed with the ability to watch TV there. We had problems for a full day with the cable and the service from the wifi/cable provider was not timely. I also couldn't use the hair dryers because the electrical outlets didn't work that they were plugged into (even after trouble shooting the outlet and looking at the breaker) and the iron did not work. I tried to call down to the front desk to get a new iron and a hair dryer because we had pictures on the beach within the hour (wanted crisp clothes and somewhat decent hair).Someone said they would come by and drop off the hair dryer and iron and they never did. Response to the needs of the renter could be improved.

This is our 10th year at Portafino! We loved the condo in building 4. Great views of the gulf and so many extras with this condo including beach towels, chairs, sand toy. It was stocked with everything you would need for your trip. We stayed 10 days and had an amazing time. Kathy was extremely helpful when booking. I highly recommend this condo. We will definitely book again.

This vacation was perfect! The property was amazing! Every single thing was top notch!! We will definitely be back!! We bought the extreme wristbands and had more than enough to do! The on-site restaurants were great! Poolside service was awesome and all the staff at Portofino was AMAZING!! I wouldn’t change anything!! This property was the perfect location to all the property amenities! Can’t wait to return! Thank you!!!

We had a very good time staying here. We enjoyed the extremely comfortable bed in the first bedroom. Also appreciated how the kitchen & bathrooms were well supplied. The view from the balcony is wonderful! Really liked having a parking space by the elevator. Hope to visit again!

We loved our condo, and our contact Kathy was the best. It was super clean and we had a great view. Our check-in was not the best experience ever, but it was alright. The guy at the rental office was okay, but not very informative or the most helpful. I knew we were not able to check in until 4 pm and that was perfectly fine with me; however we ended up running into Kathy and she checked the room for us and advised us that we could get our cards activated and she had already called the front desk to let them know. I had the same person again that checked me in originally and the very first thing he said when I informed him of what Kathy told me was "do you have that in writing", like I would be lying about getting into the condo in 45 minutes early. Yeah I was pretty ticked off, but the condo, the sunshine and Kathy's sweet personality made it all okay. We had a great vacation and made some great memories ❤

We enjoyed the stay quite a bit. The unit had beach chairs and towels to use which was great. Pensacola is like a much less busy Destin which we appreciated. Downtown Pensacola was a surprisingly nice area as well. Great view of the Gulf from all rooms. We didn’t realize until about halfway through our trip there is a tram you can use that will drop you off at the beach. Game changer for carrying chairs and coolers. Ask the front desk for the tram phone number and you can call them to come pick you up. Oh, and for those of you with Walmart plus they will actually deliver the groceries all the way to your room. Pretty handy

Check in was easier than I thought it would be. Assigned Parking Space is a great location. Condo is nicely furnished and all amenities were fine. At first I couldnt figure out the password for the wifi but after some time I got it to work. Only negatives were the lighting in the living room is dark and i couldnt figure out how to turn on the big screen tv. Too many random remotes, but I wasnt there to watch tv anyway. The units location to the club house, restaurants and main pool was ideal.
