The 2nd floor presents 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & large screened in porch complete with 2 swing chairs, and table perfect for eating crabs. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Top floor boast an open floor plan with an abundance of light, a kitchen featuring quartz countertops, updated appliances with a large island with seating for 5, and just off kitchen a table with another 6 seats. Living room has a gas fireplace, wall-mounted TV, and sliding glass doors out to the upper deck, perfect spot to take in the views and relax. Completing this floor is a half bath and steps leading to a small loft area with sliding glass doors to Juliet balcony. Ground level has outdoor shower and plenty of parking under the house or in driveway. You won’t want to pass up this spectacular getaway. Book your stay today! Sunset Rentals will provide contact information for several local linen rental companies in our welcome letter. The welcome letter is emailed out 2 weeks prior to occupancy date. BED ARRANGEMENT: Primary Bedroom (2nd Floor) – King Bed Bedroom 2 (2nd Floor) – Queen Bed, Pyramid Bunk (Twin over Full), Trundle Bed (Twin) Bedroom 3 (2nd Floor) – King Bed Bedroom 4 (2nd Floor) – Double Beds (2), Twin Bed, Trundle Bed (Twin) PROPERTY MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Per the City of Lewes rental property ordinance, the maximum number of overnight occupants shall not exceed 10 GUESTS. Children age 12 and younger are not considered in this number. CANCELLATION POLICY: All reservations are subject to a nonrefundable $80 admin fee. If GUEST cancels 60 days prior to arrival date then 100% refund will be provide (less $80 admin fee). The property was perfect for our group of 9: 2 grandparents, 2 sets of parents, and 3 grandsons ages 2 - 6 1/2. Plenty of bathroom and bedroom space and within walking distance to both beach and community pool. Proximity to Lewes and to the ferry terminal were an added bonus!

We visited this house for a week long Fourth of July stay. The house was spotless, had easy access to the beach and a local pool, and check in and out was seamless. Highly recommend!

This property was fine for our needs. The communal living and kitchen area were great and recently updated. The bedrooms were clean and we appreciated that there was no carpet. The bathrooms haven’t been updated recently and you can tell. It felt like a big miss on an otherwise nice home. With some updates, this would be a place we would stay again.
