Getting Around The home is walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery shopping, though driving would be easier.   We are roughly an hour from two entrances of the Sequoia National Park.  4 wheel drive and tire chains are strongly encouraged during winter months, and may be required by California Highway Patrol if there's snow in the forecast if you're heading up to the parks or Camp Nelson area. Communication is key!  Check in after 4pm.  Check out by 11am.  Our office hours are between 8am-9pm, so please communicate between those hours and let us know if you plan to arrive after 9pm. 2. Honesty is the best policy! Let us know about ALL guests who will be coming to the house. Maximum Occupancy is 6. Pets are allowed, but you must clean up their waste and any fur, etc. Pets must also have a crate or sleeping arrangement, and may not be left alone inside the home. 3. No parties! We know this home holds 6 people plus a few infants or small children.  We know that's a lot of people in one house, but we request that you respect it as if it's your own. No smoking of any kind. Removal of smoke detectors is illegal. Loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking, smoking, etc. will result in a $1,000 party fine plus any damage expenses incurred. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. NO SWIMMING IN THE POND. It is for visual enjoyment only. :) 4. Be respectful! When using outdoor areas (spa, patio, bbq, fire pit, etc.), and provided amenities, please clean up after yourself so the next guests can enjoy them as well.
