No working pool, no lockers...

Staff was very kind, good location in skyscraper district.

The place has no working pool. I asked a few dollars in refund because I booked it for the pool, but the owner said the pool is an amenity and that I should not expect to be able to use it. There were no available lockers, they have more beds than lockers. Staff was kind.

Great hostel with pool in downtown Panamá City!

A/C in dorm rooms at night was much appreciated! The large kitchen made cooking easy without having to wait for others to finish. Breakfast included was a plus along with a large open area lounge and pool to relax in. Large number of guests was great. I love connecting with fellow travellers and this was the perfect place!

Repetiría sin duda!

- El empleado Carlos que nos vino a buscar al aeropuerto, una maravilla. Nos acercó hasta la estación de albrook para comprar los billetes necesarios y cambiar dinero. Además nos contó la historia del país y nos aconsejó lugares que visitar - Ubicación

Cool stay in panama city

Muy buena onda la gente, tranquila, te acogen. Las camas tremendamente comodas y amplias.

Hmmm todo bien, pero para poner algo, podria haber poco mas espacio en las habitaciones (pero luego quizas no serian tan grandes las camas :)

Excelente lugar para relajarte, descansar, centro de la ciudad y pasarla como en familia.

Las instalaciones y atención, excelente. Todo muy limpio y ordenado. Piscina y mini bar.

Mas aire o ventilación en las literas superiores, (camas) durante el día. Es lo unico

Horrible, no puedes usar tu cama cuando desees, no deberían dar atención al público

He viajado por todo el mundo y nunca había estado en un hostal donde no pudiera acostarme sino hasta que los dueños quisieran, y ustedes pensaran como así? Pues venía trasnochado del vuelo, quería dormir un rato de 11 a 3 y después salir con más energía para conocer la ciudad, pues no pude el calor era infernal y que ellos no podían prender el aire hasta las 8 de la noche, cuando llegué como a las 6 de nuevo quería dormir no podía estar despierto y no pude por que el calor era insoportable en el cuarto, así que si vienes cansado no podrás dormir un rato , no debería tener un sitio a atención al público si no pueden dar unas comodidades mínimas, soy una persona que nunca había dado una mala calificación pero él simple hecho de no haber podido descansar eso les da un 1, yo rente una cama por una noche para poder descansar en cualquier momento desde la hora de me check in, no lo recomiendo

Muy amable el personal de recepción y los voluntarios. Excelente limpieza en las instalaciones. Siempre a disposición para resolver preguntas y recomendar lugares a visitar.

Gostei da localização, o preço é extremamente barato mas não compensa q economia.

O local não tinha aspecto de ser limpo, a cama que fiquei não tinha fácil acesso, a escada que colocaram não era prática, sinceramente o local precisa de uma pintura para melhorar a aparência

Ungastliches Hostel

Abgeranztes Zimmer, schlechteste Matratzen, filz fussboden im zimmer stinkt und voller flecken, extrem unappetitliche Küche, Atmosphaere bedrueckend, es wohnen dort hauptsaechlich einheimische Maenner, man trifft wenig traveler. Ich habe das hostel gewechselt und hatte mit dem naechsten hostel einen absoluten Glueckstreffer.

Nie mehr!

Sanitär und Elektrik waren in in einem fatalen Zustand. Geputzt wurde nie. Allgemein sehr schmuddeliges Hostel. Vom Personal war insbesondere David sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Frühstück hätte umfangreicher sein können. Sanitär und Elektrik besorgniserregend. Zimmer war auf 2 Etagen und hatte keine Gardinen zum verdunkeln. Der Hof ist schmuddelig.

Un cadre reposant et bienveillant

Disponible et serviable, le personnel de l'hébergement est très agréable avec les visiteurs. L'ambiance y est détendue. Les nuits sur place furent très reposantes.

Wouldn't recommend it at all

Incredibly Disorganised! Booked for a small Dorm, ended up in a huge one. The Room was a mess, was unclear which Beds are occupied and which ones aren't. Tried to give us one that looked used, only changed sheets after asking. Bathroom as well unclean and a mess. So glad we only had one night and had to leave early anyway

A great hostel in a great location, nice facilities including a swimming pool - very nice to cool off in the heat. Staff were friendly and helpful.

On Friday and Saturday night I was kept awake until about 4.30am by people partying downstairs, this included loud music, screaming and shouting. This was made worse by the hard floors which ensure that sound echos strongly throughout the hostel. If people want to party they should do so in a suitable area and keep the noise down. I would have given this hostel an excellent rating but this one thing really let it down.

Backpacker/overnight hostel

Location and the sleeping quarters was good

I used a credit card to book the room. Upon arrival I was advised cash only?? The room and bathroom didn’t appear that it was cleaned daily. Loud party until 5-6 am on a Saturday. One little fan for the whole room until AC is turned on 7:30 or 8 pm until 8 am. Additionally, no air flow in the room as well when AC is off which feels like a Sauna. The breakfast was okay and exceptional as other posts described it. I may sound critical but I select my accommodations according to reviews. This location was overrated in my opinion. Good place for a stopover or a backpacker. I travel 5-6 months a year abroad so I base my experience to other locations that I’ve stayed. As I said my opinion and respect those of others.
