Other Things To Note: • By booking a reservation, you automatically agree to abide by all of the house rules. • We have a pet waste station located in the backyard supplied with bags to dispose of the waste. Failure to pick up after your pet will result in a $225 fine. • Smoking is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result in an additional $200 cleaning fee • Please note the check-in and check-out times. • A professional cleaning crew comes before your visit to make sure the home is exceptional upon your awaited arrival. • We take your health and safety very seriously and have implemented additional processes to ensure this home is thoroughly disinfected prior to your visit.
