The property owner gave us the wrong access code, no unit access code, and the wrong unit number. We, customer service and I, weren't able to reach them and were sent straight to voicemail. It was over an hour before they responded. I wasn't able to get in because of them though. Their tenant let me into the house and because of the incorrect listing information into the wrong unit. The only benefit to this place is it allows events. If you're having a party book it. If it's for a family Vacation stay far away you don't want to be in that neighborhood anyway.

Good stay for our large group.

I waited to write this review with the hopes we could resolve things but the host did not follow through with what she agreed. Family traveling with 2 young children in October and when we arrived, the unit was not clean. We had to use our own blankets that we traveled with & sleep on the couches because all of the beds had been slept in and all of the extra linens were dirty. The fridge had leftover food and the garbages were filled. Bathrooms had no towels or clothes and needed to be cleaned as well. We contacted owner who appeared to be very apologetic stating something happened to her cleaner. She was very responsive. She assured me & Vrbo that I would be compensated and she would send someone in the morning to clean. The cleaner came the following day and we had to stay out for most of the day for them to clean. The kitchen had a big stump (floor board is lifted) near the fridge which causes you to trip. We were a bit unsure about the area because we had to go down what looked like an alley to get to the property but the unit itself is as it appears in the pictures, once the unit is clean. The area looks kind of sketchy but was quiet. If Vrbo would have been able to find us another property, we would have left immediately but the host assured compensation, apologized profusely and said her cleaner had an accident and was in the hospital. After not receiving what we agreed upon, I would not stay again nor recommend.

Good place for a work trip

The property was well furnished and seemed to have been surfaced cleaned but the sheets were very obviously dirty. We had to wash our own sheets and the manager was not responsive to our concerns and did not adequately respond to our request.

The unit was not clean when we arrived. A cleaner had to come over before we could use. Was not ready til 630 pm The un it above us had a party that included people staying up all night and a street fight at 5 am ..we contacted owner who got rid of the raucous group. But 2nd night there were people entering building all night. Sketchy vibe. Would not rent again

We were going to a concert at the Palladium and made a stay out of it with some friends from NY. Drove an hour to Boston one day and just down the road for the venue the next. Took one star off for location because the road was slightly sketchy but the house had a front electronic lock and another on the actual unit so we felt safe. Brand new driveway and we were super grateful to have off road parking. Place was clean, kitchen was stocked, plenty of places to sit in living room and the best part was the beds were ridiculously comfortable. The additional smaller bathroom was also a nice thing to have with 4 adults staying over. Would stay here again!
