The property was clean, the beds were comfortable

The fridge was tiny- unable to even put a 6 pint of milk in the door. Given that the property sleeps 6 and has a cot it was unacceptabley small fridge. Luckily we travelled with a cool box that we were able to keep the milk in.

Good entertainment, lovely staff, helpful and always smiling but awful accommodation

Close to the shop and all facilities. The activities and entertainment were excellent, as a family we had wonderful time. There are lots to do and keep your kids happy and busy. A decent swimming pool and never crowded which makes your swimming enjoyable.

We booked and pay for a silver bungalow, however after we’ve been charged we received a text saying that the property is not available and will be change to a bronze one, which we had to accept as the kids were so happy we’re going on holiday and we didn’t have any other options. The property was clean, I don’t want to be misunderstood that the staff did not clean before, but the state of it makes it uncomfortable. First thing was the smell, maybe coming from the filthy coach and armchair, was good we had blankets and covered them, otherwise we couldn’t sit on it. In general very old building and very smelly. Is a shame to have such a space and to not invest a little to make it more enjoyable for the guests!

Nice place to stay

Nice bungalow size rooms with sufficient utensils to last u for you long for desired vacation time. N Clean rooms and bedsheets

-Slow shower water flow both in shower and basin. -fridge too small for family booking of 4 -tv channels not much options and it's not consistent - wasn't worth the money I paid for using their games n facilities esp for teenagers, - advertised as free WiFi but only avaliable in reception area. Not throughout the site -no network signal in corner bungalow sites -toilet rolls placed not enough for family size, depends on the no. Of days it was booked. - family with young kids and older kids should be placed in different sites according since both kids are different milestone age. - different enquiry phone no in booking website and it's own website.

Ideal base for exploring Cornwall. Staff were lovely and helpful. Cafe/restaurant food was good too. Fab dirty fries

Accommodation was clean with everything you’d need for a few days.

In need of a redecoration/upgrade . Bath panel didn’t fit properly and had discoloured. Bathroom window catch had corroded slightly and looked tatty. Sofas in the living area were not the most comfortable.

Awful

I like I got to spend time with family

The area smells strong cleaning product along with mouldy wet smell, the fact that we had to put our own duvet and pillow cases and bed sheet is ridiculous considering the price we paid, no wifi in the home, have to walk all the way to the reception… not enough toilet rolls for 4 nights staying there, also the facility does not provide towels… first reaction of the place was not comfort after long day of travelling and sight seeing in Cornwall, not enough cutleries and plates for the family as well…

Overall, good. A Value for money holiday.

Location, easy to get around, close to beaches and other attractions. Kitchen facilities, everything needed to cook a family meal, bonus of a dishwasher that was not on the itinerary when booking. Pleasantly surprised with accomodation.

Having to book pool/other leisure facilities, not enough spaces available for size of park, shop shuts too early.

For that price of 5 at a peak time, it is as much as you can ask for.

The staff was attentive when I booked and said they will try to locate me to an accom with nearby Car park although it didn’t really happen as much. Location was ok.

The property seems to be left unused for a while and there were some dust and dirts on my bedsheet. Seagulls woke me up and attacked me for having a biscuit in hand and it doesn’t seem like anyone has done anything about controlling these animals from resting on the roof tops. There is not much parking slots and had to park and walk all the way from the main reception.

Very good

Lovely little chalet, had all the basics needed and was fantastic when you put it alongside the price that was paid. Second time I've stayed here and definitely would stay again.

No WiFi in the chalet and the details on Booking.com were very minimal. Seagulls banging on the window but that's out of your control, everything else was spot on.

Amazing place overall, PERFECT FOR FAMILIES, esp. kids. Would def. come back.

Location was amazing, very close to town centre and Hayle Beach, and an ASDA.

Hours for Pool use. It would be open while you're out in the town sight sightseeing, and be closed when you'd like to relax near your accommodation.
