The Condo: Updated 1BR Studio Condo features a rainfall shower and a full kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, microwave, oven, and coffee maker) with some retro touches. For your stay there is a pillow-top queen size bed as well as a queen size Sleeper Sofa in the living room. The living room also has a 60” Smart TV for movie nights at the lake. From the deck you will enjoy the view of the lake, pool, & evening sunsets from the bar table or sectional! Accessibility: The Condo is on the second floor of the building accessible by stairs with landings or a ramp with a short set of steps. The Community: Stripers landing features: -Junior Olympic pool (open seasonally) -Public grill pavilion -On site boat ramp -Ability to launch your kayak, canoe, or paddle board. -Tennis court. The Key card provided allows access to the pool and boat ramp in the community. You will be within 15 minutes from: -Smith Mountain Lake Community Park and Pier -Crazy Horse Marina & Bridgewater Marina -Westlake Town Center -All area restaurants and shopping We are excited to share our Sweet Summer condo!

Soooo cute, little condo on the water. Absolutely loved it and would definitely visit again! Very clean and kitchen utensils, pots, pans, etc were all good enough to make a few meals!

This was our first visit to SML, so we didn’t know anything about the area, or what to expect. The condo is very cute and just as pictured and described. We did not use the pool, but saw a lot of people enjoying it, especially on Saturday. We had a lovely relaxing stay. Regarding the area, everything is spread out and nothing really seems to be nearby. This seems true of all of the Smith Mountain Lake area that we saw, which surprised us. Having said that, we would go back.

Cute Quaint Condo w all the necessities, glad to have the queen sofa bed too, view was beautiful, great deck to have coffee on in the mornings, there are a lot of steps to the pool but was nice to get the exercise. Easy to find and get to everywhere we went!

Great place. Just as advertised. I would suggest reminding guests there is no microwave. We prepared our food ahead of time and could not use it. Too hard to reheat using oven or cook top.

I brought my two children (12 & 14) for a letter get away and it was perfect. The pool is huge and was their favorite part. The condo was perfect for us and plenty of room for the 3 of us. We’ll be booking again.

We had a wonderful time staying at the condo. Very clean and well furnished. Comfortable bed, nice sheets. Easy to find. The pool was great. We had some rain the first two days so the nice TV came in handy. We will be back!

The condo was just as the pictures show it. Clean, updated and convenient. The comfort of the bed was phenomenal. The pool access and ability to fish from the pier were great. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Planned a run down to SML at the last minute due to some unexpected PTO. This worked out great for us. Property was, as advertised, and seemed to be what we expected.

We had a pleasant stay at this condo. It has a great view overlooking the lake. There is a community pool included. The unit was recently renovated and kept clean. We did not have any issues. Thank you for a great stay.
