Whether you want to stay in the peak summer season, or enjoy fall foliage or ice fish, this property has it all. New stampcrete patio with firepit and gas grill will make for a summer night to remember. Enjoy the Cleveland House across the street for fine food and music, or take a short drive to Sylvan Beach, Harpoon Eddies, The Lakehouse or Pancake House. We had a great long weekend. The house is as described, recently updated, very clean and an amazing view. Next time we are in area we would love to stay again!

House was very clean, with great views of the lake!! Good location, quick ride to sylvan beach. Kayaks, dock, patio with grill and firepit was also very nice to have. Will definitely be coming back!!

Beautiful new property. Location is perfect.
Outside, large yard and waterfront. Metal dock allowed us to tie up inflatables and soak up the sun. Wear water shoes!
Quiet neighborhood.
Inside, the bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen are all brand new with new appliances.

We loved watching the sunset at night down at the dock and sitting on the back patio in the mornings. We really loved the location and the cleanliness of the house. We had a great stay!

Tracy is an amazing host, the house has everything you need for your stay. It has an amazing view of Oneida Lake and it’s a calm and quiet surroundings. We truly enjoyed our stay here and will be back in the future
