Specifically for all Sunset Vacation Rentals guest street legal 6 seater golf carts are available for our guest to reserve and rent during their stay. -ATTRACTIONS- Breakwater Beach at Geneva State Park | 5 minute drive | Pet friendly GOTL Strip | 1 mile east Wine Country | 20 minute drive SPIRE Institute | 7 miles Historic Ashtabula Bridge Street | 7 miles east -Pets are allowed in our units marked pet friendly only. There is an additional one time $50 fee that applies to guests who travel with pets, otherwise the stay with the pet was unauthorized. A pet, or any evidence of a pet found on the property, that was not previously disclosed by charging you the pet fee, is cause for eviction and forfeiture of rent. DOGS ONLY- maximum 2 dogs, unless previously authorized.

House was in a great location. About 5 minutes to the strip and about 10 minutes to the beach. Clean and spacious. Easy check in/out procedures. Linens and towels provided.

We enjoyed our stay here; the property was comfortable and clean, with a spacious main area. The directly accessible garage was a nice bonus. The kitchen could have been better stocked; a few more pots and pans would have been nice.
The location is a walkable distance to the Geneva on the Lake main area, and a short drive to sveral beach options.

This was one of the few places in GOTL that accepted pets. I thought I would be disappointed that it was so far away from the activity, but it turned out to be a blessing because it was luxuriously quiet after departing the main drag. The entire condo has luxury vinyl flooring which was impervious to the dog running across the floor. It was adequately and comfortably furnished. There was adequate parking for two cars outside and a garage was available if needed. We received the access code a couple of days prior to arrival so check in was quick and painless. Minor issues: a couple of light bulbs in the living room were burned out and had to be replaced and one of the bedroom blinds was missing a wand. As I said, minor issues. The rental agent was responsive to the light bulbs but I neglected to mention the wand.

We had a lovely stay to visit nearby family for the holidays with our two dogs. The rental was very clean and spacious and we enjoyed two nights of comfortable rest. Immediately before our arrival there was a large snowstorm but thankfully we arrived to a plowed driveway, safe shoveled sidewalks, and a warm, inviting interior. Thanks so much! We'll definitely stay again.

Great place to stay, perfect location for GOTL. Far enough away from the strip yet short enough drive to it. The property Manager (Rebekah) was very communicative. Only quip was cleanliness of the bedrooms, which was brought to Rebekah's attention and she promptly responded that it would be taken care of. Overall would recommend the property for a small family.

We had a great time here in this VRBO. It was very clean, bed was comfy. Everything is as pictured on the add. Just note, its a duplex so you will hear some noise depending on how your neighbors are, if its rented as well. Their garage door is also under your master bedroom. They opened their door at 2 am when we were there and of course that woke us up and they were a little loud but we knew we were renting a duplex. Overall , The place is very nice and in a great location.

There were some aspects of the property that could have been cleaner.. the couch was covered in crumbs when we got there. And I didn’t realize it was attached to another rental unit. Fortunately my parents coincidentally rented the other unit so they didn’t mind our crying infant through the wall, but another tenant definitely would have. So not a bad thing but just something that is hard to tell from photos. Just another thing to note- lots of steep stairs from the driveway to the house. Location was very convenient. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We would stay here again.

This was a nicely laid out property and easy to access. Off street parking and access to a garage was appreciated. AC was already on an running when we arrived on a very hot day.
Everything was in working order and the book was easy to follow.
I wish there had been a heads up prior to arrival that there were no shampoo or body soap onsite. All other cleaning products were readily available and provided (handsoap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, etc...).
Other than that it was a great stay and we would come back again!

This is the 5th time we’ve stayed here and love it. It’s super clean and not far from the strip. We usually have 0 issues when staying here but did have some issues with the TVs and remotes not working. It wasn’t a huge deal for us, just a bit annoying if we did want to relax and watch something. Overall, it was a perfect getaway and look forward to coming back again soon!

We stayed for 13 days. It was clean. Beds comfy. Lots of towels. Close to the lake. Enjoyed our time. If you can't do stairs this place has stairs to instead but inside was all level.

The condo was very spacious and comfortable! The beds were comfortable. We like the openiness of the floor plan. The fire pit area was really nice and peaceful. The only slightly negative was that I personally would have liked a broom and mop available to clean up any dirt we tracked in from the fire pit. There was a sort of vacuum thing in the laundry room but would have preferred a regular broom. We were close to main strip without all the noise! Would definitely stay again!!! Thank you

The place was spacious and would still have fit a couple more people comfortably. Not too far from all the bars on the strip and taxi available if needed. Furniture was very comfortable and place was clean

Nice size property-walkable to GOTL-good location if you want to be close to the strip. It was a short drive to the wineries but definitely not far! Wineries are a must do! It was nice being able to bring our pup along and stay here!
Property was Clean, however bring your own towels as the ones provided are not something you’ll want to use! We also brought along our own bed linens (comforter included) and I’m glad we did as the ones provided were dirty!

I was looking for a place to stay for a few nights for a little R&R time. GOTL is one of my all time favorite places to visit. This place was perfect and exactly like what is shown in the photos. I enjoyed my 2 nights stay in this beautiful and peaceful Condo. I will definitely be staying again in the future.

My husband, our dog, and I visited GOTL for the first time and stayed in this rental. It was clean, had a well stocked kitchen, modern furniture and it was located in a central and quiet location. We enjoyed checking out some local wineries and a day at Headlands Beach! This was our last stop on a 10 day road trip to multiple cities, so it was great to slow down and relax before returning to the office. Thanks for hosting us! 😁
