Vriendelijke host maar de rest is niet voldoende

De man bij de receptie is echt heel erg vriendelijk. Denkt met je mee, helpt je bij het regelen en is er letterlijk altijd. Het is leuk dat er tafeltjes zijn waar je een drankje kan doen of een spelletje kan spelen. Er is een koelkast met drankjes aanwezig bij de receptie. Ontbijt is beperkt maar wel lekker.

Wij verbleven in de privé kamer. Kamer is verouderd, niet schoon. Airco is verouderd. Hing er een rare geur in de kamer. Bedden zijn hard. Douche was koud, klein straaltje. Er wordt bijna de hele dag een soort lift muziek afgespeeld. Het is zo’n vreselijke muziek dat het gewoon niet te doen is om er te blijven zitten. We zijn om die reden ergens anders een drankje gaan doen. Weinig ligbedjes bij zwembad.

Good hostel would stay again

Good location, staff is great, comfy beds with curtains, lockers (you need your own lock though), clean toilets and most importantly - hot showers with good water pressure. :) Hot tea available all day was a nice surprise.

It would be useful to have a small shelf by the bed because there's no where to put your stuff. There's no light by the bed. Water-refilling station would be good to have too.

Personale gentile, super in centro

Ostello molto semplice, il proprietario gentilissimo e super disponibile parla un ottimo inglese e mi ha aiutata sia con i tour che con le prenotazioni del treno. Ottima colazioni in cui puoi scegliere tra varie opzioni che vengono preparate al momento

Not worth the money, needs a big overhaul

The staff were very helpful and you can book on to tours/ tubing/ bus tickets easily through the hostel. The breakfast was served quickly (although nothing special) and free pool table.

We had a private room which was very damp and outdated. There is no bed frame, just a mattress on the floor. The bathroom was dirty and the toilet was very very old. The whole bedroom needs re-doing and it is not worth the money spent. The windows have been blacked out with paint so there is no natural lighting. Also, this is not a party hostel as the picture would suggest. Very depressing music is being played all the time which meant no one hung around in the evenings.

Good place to stay!

The worker was really nice, the pool is cool and just under the sun. That was a calm space to stay, good breakfast too!

Good location

Amazing location, right next to Sakura bar which gives away free whisky drinks every night 7-9pm! The pool is clean and gets the sun during the day. We had a private room and the bed was huge and really comfortable.

The place hasn’t been refurbished or given any attention in a long time. The shower and sink leaked, however it was a wet room so it could’ve been worse.

Amazing hostel with so much helpful

Nice staff, rowdy party last night for new year. They shoot fireworks a lot and there are a lot of people. good food, free alcohol was more than enough for us lol. Year-end fun and it's free. I didn't wait to give them a rating before leaving because of this kindness

After 1 night, there were many drunk people begging lol

Perfect for solo travelers

Great staff, manager Kim helped me when my Vietnam visa had problems due to the wrong border gate. Delicious breakfast. Stayed 4 more nights and regretted leaving today, heard they were going to have fireworks. Unfortunately I couldn't stay, but it was worth the money for what I got

Good value for money

Great location, felt quite secure as staff always present, good pool, pool table was free, staff very helpful.

Shower in room often cold, only blanket for bed no top sheet.

Localisation de l'hôtel. Excellent accueil et aide pour réserver les billets de train. Propreté des locaux. Bon et simple petit-déjeuner

Nice welcome

The staff is very pleasant, they expanded the area to make it more spaces, free breakfast. However, there is no bar or restaurant yet. They said they are scheduled for next year and I hope to return and be welcomed

A bit outdate but cleaning good, maybe Laotian style :)

Good value for money

Great breakfast, clean swimming pool and it is nice for a cheap price. Not noisy, a good vibe, with melodious music stay in the center. If you expect noise, choose another place

The room is small for big guys, but there are separate cabinets and curtains for each bed. The air conditioner worked well, however sometimes it was so cold that I asked to borrow an extra blanket at 2am

Good for your budgets

Not a party-oriented place. it is quiet, but has a very good price with breakfast included. The swimming pool is clean, information is properly updated from the staff. Hot air balloon booking seems quite cheap at this place, but we had to book 1 week in advance because of the crowd

The house seems a bit old, repeated cleaning by the staff has helped this problem

Encore une fois, le prix payé supérieur à celui annoncé sur booking, qui stipule « vous paierez selon le taux de change en vigueur le jour du paiement ». Le taux de change n’a pas été celui en vigueur vis à vis de la bourse mais vis à vis de l’hôte ( donc plus cher ).
