Other Things to Note: Contact the host before booking stays longer than 30 days. Please be aware: the pool is not heated and does not have the possibility to be heated. Also, the water slide next to the pool does not have an active waterline and would prefer it's not used for safety reasons. If you heat the pool, you will be responsible for the cost of the gas used to heat it, which can be up to $300 per day. The hot-tub can absolutely be used and enjoyed! Please be aware: the backyard is beautiful and full of tons of plants and trees. We pay for bi-monthly landscaping service, but the trees are constantly shedding their leaves. We have a blower in garage that guests are welcome to use if leaves fall on any of the outdoor furniture. PETS • Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at the property. DAMAGE • We understand accidents happen. In the event of damage occurring at the property, we require that all guests report any and all damage during their stay, prior to check-out. SMOKING • Our property is 100% smoke free; including both private and communal areas, the unit itself and any other public areas within the building and the communal property regardless of whether inside or out. You must be totally off of the premises and on public property to smoke. If you're a regular smoker and feel you'll have a hard time following this rule we kindly suggest you look into another property. Evidence of smoking will result in a complete forfeiture of your security deposit. EVENTS & GATHERINGS • We have a zero-tolerance policy for noise complaints, parties or gatherings of any sort. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. QUIET HOURS are daily from 10PM-8AM. SECURITY • This property may implement video surveillance in outdoor public areas to ensure the safety and security of all guests. Additionally, this property may also use Noise Aware technology to ensure the comfort and security of our guests. VISITORS • We ask that all guests let us know in advance if they plan on having any visitors during their stay. You may not have additional guests unless previously authorized by the host.
