The living area features elegant leather seating, large windows letting in lots of light, a floor-to-ceiling rock gas fireplace, and a large flat-screen Smart TV. Stepping out onto the deck, you’ll find a gas grill and heater, as well as an outdoor dining table set. The kitchen? Top of the line of course, with granite counters, brand new stainless steel appliances (including a gas range) and a large center island ideal for food prep and entertaining. The beautiful dining table seats eight, and there’s room for four at the counter. On the lower level, there’s a family room with another large flat-screen Smart TV; it’s an ideal hangout spot for the kids. And on the lower patio, there’s more outdoor seating and — you guessed it — that large private hot tub for everyone to enjoy! In addition, just a few minutes walk away is the Summit County Recreation/Bike Path that can take you and your group to the Dillion Reservoir, Silverthorne, Frisco, Breckenridge, Copper and all the way to Vail. This property also has access to the Dakota Lodge seasonal outdoor heated pool and hot tubs right at the base area of Keystone resort (Open Christmas-Easter / Memorial Day-Labor Day).Other amenities include a washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home, garage wall mounted 8-pair boot dryer/warmer, garage ski racks and storage, second fridge and freezer in the garage, and parking for two vehicles. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. We had the best time and the house was perfect for our annual family ski trip! We enjoyed watching the fireworks from the front yard as an added bonus! The shuttle stop is so close, and walking to the gondola was a nice experience too. The house layout was perfect for adults and kids. The hot tub was such a treat after the slopes! Thank you so much for sharing such a lovely home!

This place is super nice. It is at a great location to the ski area and the place has everything you need. We will stay here again.

The property was great - clean, awesome location and as described on the site. However we had a lot of issues with the breaker in the living room tripping every 20 min or so. We communicated with the property manager and after a dozen texts back and forth with different individuals they sent a maintenance guy out but he could not do anything to resolve the issue. They then indicated they would open a work order and send someone else out to look at it. We never heard from them again. We just kept resetting the breaker, unplugging everything and running extension cords. It was very inconvenient. I would also recommend bringing your own towels to the house. Not near enough for a party of 9 that showered and enjoyed the hot tub. We were not opposed to do laundry either but there was no laundry detergent in the home. Overall we really enjoyed the stay but a few adjustments would enhance the guest experience!!
