As a responsible citizen it's also my duty to warn my fellow female travellers online to stay away from accomodation

I faced a major safety crisis 15 th feb 2024 early morning. Someone entered my room at 5am in the morning from the balcony and left before I could react. it was an intruder in my room who appeared disoriented and inebriated. As a solo female traveller i was paralysed with fear and cannot assert hard enough as to how much this experience has scarred me. After frantically calling for the management someone did come to check and closed the balcony door. He left and I could clearly hear abusive language and commotion coming from outside inquiring about my personal details. The same intruder started knocking on my door frantically which I didn’t open, literally fearing for my life. I am traumatised and I will be having nightmares for days to come. Booking.com should take stringent action against this set up. This has definitely made me second my decision to book in future via booking.com. as female solo traveller my security is my top concern and criteria on which I chose my accommodation. This incident has scarred me for life. It will take me quite some time to muster courage to live alone in a hotel or anything from booking.com.

Very very good hotel after experience very bad hotel in Delhi ,

Very near to AIIMS hospital, we stayed here for good 2 weeks it’s more like home to us now staff is very much helpful and great service you just ask they will provide you WiFi speed was very good, will surely stay with them only whenever we are coming to Delhi

We had an excellent experience at the South Ex Residence Hotel; the staff was very helpful and friendly, and they were always willing to help. Additionally, there are plenty of excellent restaurants nearby, including McDonald's and Bangla Sweets. Overall, the suites with a dining area, sofa seating, and a personal room are the best accommodations; we appreciate Booking.com for offering such a wonderful hotel.

The best hotel in Delhi for travelers who are single women

This place is warm and inviting, and as a single woman traveling, I find it to be very safe and welcoming for women. There is good on-site parking available, and the receptionist helped us with everything we needed to know about the hotel. I have read some unfavorable reviews of this establishment, but I'm not sure why, as this place provides excellent customer service and welcomes guests. I'll definitely visit this property each time I'm in Delhi.

Brand new apartment in a good location. But staff needs to be trained.

It is not a hotel, but more an apartment. Brand new building, nice architecture. Brand new bathroom and furniture. Looked cosy. Good location near the center but still on the quiet street.

It was a great mess when we checked it - we arrived at 5PM, but none of 4 Staff knew what's going on. It took them 30 min to understand what to do, where to run, how to check us in, etc. They even didn't know to which room to put us. Our room was clean, but the common areas and the kitchen... you'd rather not see it. Terrible mess. And there were 4 (!!!) people doing nothing. Could they just clean and collect some trash instad of sleeping?

Need 6 months to start real operation - not value for money at this stage

1. Brand new rooms but deep cleaning is pending. 2. Quite location close to central Delhi.

1. No reception or hotel manager 2. No signboard outside the premises. 3. No food facility so order from Zomato or Swiggy 4. Staff has no uniform 5. Staff clueless about most things and need training urgently. 6. Plug points don't work in the room. 7. Will need 6 months to start full operation. 8. Location on Google maps is wrong had to call the hotel and reconfirm it. 9. QR code for payment is not functional so ended up paying the staff.

Good location. Interesting and safe neighborhood. Modern rooms.

Work in progress. Just opened. Water was not warm every time. Internet not strong in every room. No reception. Breakfast not really good. Again work in progress, opened a months ago.

A Gem in central Delhi, luxury boutique hotel

The Rooms are spacious. The Location is perfect. Rooms are clean and very well maintained. Beds were comfortable. Staff was very supportive and helpful they made our stay very much safe and comfortable like home would definitely suggest this property to all my friends and family members, Thanks booking.com to provide such nice and comfortable hotel cum home for our stay

This hotel was absolutely beautiful, I stayed here with my Family and it’s perfect for Family. We had a Family Room with attached drawing room and it was amazing ! The staff was extremely helpful even bringing us and extra blanket at 3 am with no issue . They have the cutest Drwaing room and it was over all an amazing stay and will be coming back every time I come to Delhi . 10/10 would recommend if not traveling with a lot of people !

This is not a hotel first of all but a B&B not sure of the breakfast part..as we did not use..However the shared kitchens are good new and well equipped.. New property, very clean , friendly staff Homely atmosphere The details listed in the booking.com site were not there for example there were no heaters in the room but staff provided them on request..the property is still getting ready so most of the problems we had would be solved by the time you read this review.. I am still giving 9 out of 10 for the cleanliness and friendly staff.Hope the place stays as clean like this during our next visit Thanks for the complimentary tea f. Thanks Deepak and other staff for their service

Elevator was not there but being installed of course.. The property is in a good location but no signboards with the name of hotel..So found very difficult to find out and navigate or ask someone directions The description of the property and room in the booking.com site should be exactly as it is..Hope they correct this.

This Place is very good , walking distance from metro station south part 1, all good restaurants are near by majorly walkable, rooms are newly built, good wifi facility speed was good , kitchen is available on each floor , lift sped was also good , in short new property so everything is good ,

Brand new property at a great location with best in class facilities

It’s a brand new property and everything is top-noch. It is walking distance from the south ex market and the metro station. The locality is quiet and peaceful. Rooms are clean and spacious. There is a kitchen facility as well as a staff to help you. Special thanks to Udit for arranging everything at we booked the room at the last moment.

Rooms are nice and cozy , good space for parking , inhouse parking which was the best part , nice washroom clean and well maintain , staff is friendly and supportive , homely food was available

Good hotel in south ex part 1 , newly built hotel , rooms are with balcony

It’s newly build hotel rooms are amazing, all rooms have balcony which is the best part , it’s in south ex part 1 New Delhi very near to aiims and Safdarjung hospital, next to Lajpat and new Defence Colony. Room service still need to start but rooms were nice and spacious
